Olmsted Auto Care

Through their own trials and testing, they couldn't diagnose a problem and didn't want to do unneccesary work on my car. They waived the diagnostic fees because they couldn't determine a problem. They were very professional and courteous, and I've definitely recommended them to family and friends already.

They kept telling me I needed a new battery. My battery was only a few months, it was expensive and it was a good quality battery. It was only a loose battery cable and I felt like they should have known that since they were a car repair business. I fixed the battery cable myself and there has never been a problem with it at all. I didn't trust them with replacing the alternator since they kept telling me I needed a new battery and I didn't. They did solve the problem I was having with the car, they got me in quick and they were very nice overall.

Excellent. Corey is incredible to work with. When issues arise, they deal with them promptly and they are more than fair. I highly recommend Olmsted Auto!

They are very accommodating and friendly. That was good. Very good. We bought one of their club things, that included oil changes.

We've been using them for probably 10 years. If we have problems with anyone, we have no problems with just leaving. If we find that any work was not done, we let people know and we don't go back. Anyone we stay with it's because of their quality.

I waited for about an hour and a half for everything. The waiting-room was nice, it was fine. They're friendly. The workers are professional. It's an "A" overall. We've been going to them for years and we really trust them.

I brought my 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback to Olmsted Auto to get a second opinion after being told by another shop that I needed to replace an axle, front struts, rear shocks, and the rear sway bar links. I asked them to look over the suspension and drive system, and they were able to clarify what needed immediate attention and what could wait. I ended up having only the struts and sway bar links replaced, which saved me some money.
The owner, Pat, is a really nice guy. He could tell that I was interested to know how things worked, so he took me into the shop and showed me exactly what was going on with my car and also showed me how the components worked. It was really cool of him to do that. Lastly, they provided a free loaner car to use while work was going on! Overall, I really like this shop.

It went great. Used the loaner they supply. They are very pleasant to talk with if you hang around, though they have a small waiting area. Everything was done in a timely manner and the estimates were spot on. I heard about them from Angie's list and they were highly rated and did not disappoint. My regular service garage closed and I was left looking for a quality place to go where I felt I could trust them. Looks like I found that here!

The "check engine" light came on and I took my car straight to Olmsted Auto Care.  I'd never been there before, but the owner/manager came right out (they were busy, but he took the time) and checked the computer to see if it would be an easy fix.  Unfortunately not, so I left it overnight, got a very nice loaner, and picked up my car the next day.  The office personnel were pleasant and professional and the whole experience was positive.

I got them off Angie's List. I used them several times over a few months before we got everything resolved.

Olmsted Auto was terrific in every way.  Easy to work with, communicated very well with me and did the work very efficiently.  I would highly recommend them to anybody.  It's nice having such a quality service provider close to home.   They offered me a loaner car but i didn't need it.  
I will continue supporting Olmsted Auto with all my car service needs.

My son was very pleased with the service.  He will definitely use them again.
