We were really pleased with the final result of our Christmas Lights display. There were a few sets of lights that did not look the way we expected but Jeff went out of his way to make sure others were put up in their place that matched better so that we were pleased with the final outcome. Overall, we had a very good experience using them and will use them again next year.

Jeff contacted me after I submitted a quote request, and was absolutely professional from start to finish. During the process, my phone began rejecting voicemails for some reason, so I was unaware that Jeff had tried to contact me several times to see how I was doing, and if the job still needed attention. We were finally able to connect, and the crew was out the next morning to take care of a tree in my front yard. They were in and out in about an hour, and did an excellent job making sure everything was handled safely and with expert precision. I will definitely be contacting them again the next time I need similar work done. Thank you!

Called me back right away and came out and gave me a quote. Mr. Hall explained everything they would do and they did everything he said. The crew worked well into the night through pouring rain and snow and did a great job. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommend.

The job was done quickly and neatly. Mr. Hall said what he would do and then he did what he said. Mr. Hall and his crew are friendly and easy to work with.

I was disappointed in the job done. I asked for the trees to be trimmed and thinned. They did not thin the trees, they simply completely cut off many lower limbs and way too far up. As a result, we now have three trees that are 15-20 feet of just the trunk of the trees before one can see any foliage. I was told that they knew what I wanted when I spoke to the owner on the initial visit. He assured me that I did not have to be there when the work was to be done. "I know what you want and you will be satisfied." That was not the case. My wife is distraught over what was done to our trees. Luckily, she got home in enough time to save the tree in front of the house. My advice to others is to definitely be there when the work is being done. To be fair, they did do a good job with the clean up. I saw all of the good ratings on the site and that is why I chose them. It's too bad that gross misunderstanding has resulted in a job that cannot be undone. My advice is to be there when the work is being done. Thus, my low rating with the stars.

Jeff and his crew were great! All friendly and the work was stellar. I plan on using them in the future for pruning.

The tree trimming I had done exceeded my expectations....my front lawn tree looks absolutely wonderful...it adds character and charm to my home....I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They were super professional. The exceeded all my expectations, they were thorough and efficient and they cleaned up immaculately! I can’t say enough about how great they were. If I could I would put a giant sign in my yard advertising how great they are! Even my neighbors were impressed and wanted them to do work for them. I’ve lived in bay village a long time and have seen a lot of tree trimming. I have to say mine look the best! Thank you Hall brothers, you guys are fantastic!

Quick response; fair price; great work!

The crew was hard-working. Ken was particularly helpful to me. In my estimation, the mulch could have been put down a bit thicker in some areas. The area where the pond was removed, the dirt could have been leveled out more. Overall, I am pleased and would hire them again for other work.
