Very thorough. They even came back after dark to pick up equipment.

They were very courteous and cleaned up almost everything except a few small branches that got stuck in a neighboring tree. The only negative is that I asked them not to chip anything 6 across and up and unfortunately most of that smaller stuff got chipped. There was still a lot left for splitting though.

I contacted Jeff regarding a very large tree in my backyard that had a branch hanging over the top of our house. I was worried about it falling with winter upcoming and had them come out to take a look at it. First, I had another company come out to inspect the branch and was informed I would need a crane to remove the branch, and was advised to just get most of the tree removed. Jeff informed me that was not the case, and that they could be in and out within an hour and quoted a far more reasonable price (no crane needed). They were very polite, and very fast. I was able to get squeezed in between a few other jobs and everything went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree trimming services and will definitely be using their services more in the future.

Jeff was great, he was very responsive throughout our work together. He handled a pretty difficult job trimming a tree over our garage that has been a constant source of pain for years. Him and his team went above and beyond to complete the trimming and handling some insect problems we had in one of the trees. Beyond that his team was great! Very polite and friendly every time I spoke with them! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and already have to my neighbors who approached them for some tree work of their own after seeing the work they did on my property. In this day when contractors are increasingly hard to work with and very lacking in customer service, Hall Brothers is a shining example of how business should be done.
