I have only good things to say about the Hall Brothers tree services, I needed a very large tree removed from my backyard, Jeff came to my home evaluated the tree and gave me an excellent estimate, by far better than any other estimate I had, I signed contract on Monday by the following Monday they were at my home to remove tree. The Hall Brothers crew did an amazing job removing the tree, and they cut the wood into ~2 ft. Logs and placed behind my shed along fence line for fire wood. I appreciate the Hall Brothers services and highly recommend them.

The owner took time to understand what we wanted, explained how they will take the tree down and how to deal with other trees in our yard. The price was fair, less expensive than other quotes. They did the work in the time frame he told us. I would recommend this company.

Jeff is very nice and professional. Mine was a trimming job and he let me know his opinion of how it should be done and had me approve. He was also very fast in coming to give me the written quote. I am very pleased with the end result.

Jeff Hall runs a tight ship even without his presence due to a medical appointment. His crew needed no instructions they got right to task I paid for: removing an old ~40 foot Willow tree and clearing some thick tree branches putting pressure on my homes aerial power line from the street. No bad attitudes at all from anyone on my job that day. Cleanup of tree debris was smooth and complete as well. Folks, you get what you pay for and he was $100 less than another quote. Do not hire random laborers off of Craigslist who are uninsured and are looking for extra Workers Compensation awards! Hall Brothers has been a family-owned landscaping business in Olmsted Falls for 100+ years. They will not dupe you or leave you high and dry without finishing the job. BTW: Mr. Hall stuck to his price estimate quote as well. An honest company as far as I can tell.er is important to me. I would recommend Precision Door Service.

Jeff called the day after I requested a quote and was out that day to view and discuss what I wanted done. He took notes to make sure his crew knew what we wanted. He explained the process and gave us a fair price for the work. The work was completed the next week. The crew was very nice and professional . They completed the work quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. We are very happy with the way our trees look and we are sure they are much healthier without the overgrowth.

Very please with job and clean up of yard. Would use again for tree maintenance of our large tree. And they put me at ease for trimming of oak tree treating cuts.

I think they did a good job. My big concern is I specifically asked that they were to call me the day before they were going to do the job as i had to be at my dads since he is quite elderly and cant see well or hear well. They just showed up with out calling. I happened to be driving by my dads and saw them starting the job. I suggest they hire a office manager to help with better customer service. They did do a good job on the tree removal.

Work was done satisfactorily, but appointment was postponed several times. It took almost 8 weeks to cut the tree down from date of quote. I had to call several times to get a reaction.

Hall brothers are amazing! I was given an estimate on Thursday April 22nd to clean up a large tree which had fallen through my fence into my neighbor's yard during our last snow storm. I also had him give me an estimate on four other trees to take down and trees to trim off of my roof. The guys were at my house Monday morning to do the job. Very prompt, very efficient, and all five of them were more than kind! I would recommend them 100%! Not only for their work but for their amazing customer service!

I signed a contract when Jeff gave me a very good price to remove this old maple, but it became complicated when my neighbor changed his mind and didn't want the wood AFTER ALL. Jeff did the best he could to keep my cost down, but the removal of the wood proved to be very difficult after the tree was cut down. We all yelled TIMBER!, but Chris was faced with the huge task to haul all the wood up an incline from a lower field to street level. He exhibited tireless effort to saw ALL OF THAT WOOD into "slices" that could be put into the flat bed and be taken away. Chris was tireless, even as it grew dark, and he's definitely worth his weight in GOLD! My neighbor, who decided he didn't want the wood, told me the next day that he wrote down Hall's phone number for future reference to trees in his field -- he asked me about Chris and told me he was so impressed with the job he did -- he even asked me how tall was Chris? I was blessed with help from Jeff and Chris to get this lousy maple removed, and I'm now enjoying sunshine and freedom from tree debris and animal access to my home. You can't go wrong with Hall Brothers, and be sure to ask for CHRIS!. I'd adopt him as my grandson in a heartbeat!
