It took 3 weeks longer than promised, but they finally did a good job. Jeff came out on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 to give us an estimate to remove the tree. He said they could do the job the following Thursday or Friday (Sept. 8 or 9), and he said he needed 1/2 down that day in order to secure that time frame. I gave him the down payment that day as requested. Then, we heard nothing for several weeks. I finally called him on Tuesday, September 20 (3 weeks after the day we met), and he said we were "next on his list". They finally came out on Tuesday, September 27 to take down the tree - 4 weeks after he came to give us his estimate and 3 weeks after he said they could take it down. Once they arrived, they were able to quickly get the job done in a professional manner. The only issue we had was it took 3 weeks longer than promised.

Hall Brothers, Inc is a family owned business. They were timely, courteous, efficient, and cleared the area after the work had been completed. The price I had been quoted was fair and everything that they were to do was listed on the initial form. I had a branch that had fallen from a tree and was blocking the sidewalk. Though the city had come by and taped it off they allowed me time to find a contractor to remove the branch. It had been a very busy week for tree services and somehow, Hall Brothers were able to come within a couple of days of my call. Trim and Tree Removal was done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. Was told by neighbor who saw them work that they worked well as a team and were efficient.
