This was the best experience I have ever had with a home improvement contractor. Out of 5 estimates I got, Carl was the only one that listened to what my needs were and addressed all of them at an excellent price. The crew was great. Their foreman Ritchie always updated me on progress and even went out of his way to make sure my venting concerns were addressed by pulling up plywood to make sure the insulation wasn't blocking airflow. The rest of the crew was knowlegeable, courteous and efficient. Cleanup was great. The gutter installation crew of Joe and Joe got the gutters replaced quickly before some rain that was forecast the morning they did their work. I cannot be more pleased with the results of the job and this company. I would highly recommend Straightline Roofing.

When they arrived, they took a look and even took pictures to show me what was causing the problem. They were able to fix it with materials they had on hand. We are probably going to need our roof replaced in a year or two and we will definitely call Carl for an estimate.

They did an excellent job. Others were even commenting on the quality of their work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their work. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We were very impressed with Carl and his entire crew. They were very efficient and courteous and upon completion of the job were meticulous about cleaning up. We highly recommend this company to everyone.

Carl helped us work with the insurance company. Work was done in very professional manner with a thorough clean-up. Finished appearance is great. Very pleased with whole project.

Start on time did a great job, was done in one day, worker was nice & very profession ! & did was good job cleaning up.

One of the most fair, caring and professional businesses I've worked with.   We were on a very limited budget and they were honest and understanding, and did an outstanding job.   When they discovered more damage than we had expected, (not just some shingle replacements but some structural repairs were needed on the framing), they worked with us to find a way to address the issues.  Their pricing was more than fair, and their workmanship was outstanding.   I wouldn't for a moment to recommend them.

Their lead guy, Ken, is very experienced, detail oriented and a work horse. Wouldn't consider anyone else as long as he stays there.

The Installation was quick, clean and professional.  The crew cleaned up everything!

After some minor problems, Strait Line responded to our concerns and removed a ridge vent which was problematic.

The job went smoothly and quickly - the tear off was 3 layers, replacement of some wood, adding vents.   The owner was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful by suggesting options that other companies hadn't.   The clean up was good and we are happy with the outcome.

Carl rearranged his schedule to get it done the same day. The new collar and flashing was done in less than an hour.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. CARLOS OCCURRED A MEDICAL ISSUE WHILE OUR JOB WAS IN PROCESS (BEE STINGS/ALLERGIC REACTION NOT ON OUR SITE) BUT HIS FATHER FILLED IN FOR HIM, MAKING SURE JOB WAS COMPLETE. EVEN TO THE POINT OF FINISHING THE GUTTERS BY HIMSELF! THEY ARE WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO DELIVER ON THE CONTRACT. HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO 2 OTHERS WHO BECAME CLIENTS.

THEY CAME OUT AND PUT ON SIDING AND IT IS FALLING OFF NEAR THE ROOF. I HAVE CALLED THEM, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED BACK. THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST AND I WAS WARNED NOT TO TAKE THEM, BUT I DID. HE ALSO LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK TO FIX IT AND NEVER DID. MUCH OF THE OTHER WORK WAS ALSO DONE VERY POORLY.

CARLOS KEPT ME INFORMED AT EVERY LEVEL OF THE JOB. CONSIDERING THE WORK AND THE ESTIMATES OF OTHER COMPANIES, I HAVE TO SAY THAT I GOT A STEAL WITH STRAIGHT LINE, THANK YOU CARLOS.

HE DID NOT ASK FOR ANY PAYMENT UP FRONT! HE WAS PROMPT IN COMMUNICATING ABOUT A PORTION OF THE UPSTAIRS PORCH HAD SERIOUS ROT. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT THE ADDITIONAL COST WAS TO REPLACE IT AND I GAVE HIM THE OK TO PROCEED. WHILE THEY WERE DOING THE ROOF THEY EVEN PROTECTED THE ATTIC WITH A TARP.
