Professional and knowledgeable, arrived on time, detailed info on working of the fixtures. The office representative was very thorough and offered multiple options on fixtures. Was offered an in person or over the phone price quote. Will use them from now on and would highly recommend them.

I received a pricing quote over the phone which I appreciate; some companies will not quote over the phone. Tom replaced old garbage disposal unit with a new one and explained important info re the unit. He was helpful, courteous and completed the work quickly. I plan to call them if I need plumbing repairs in the future.

I hired Mack Plumbing to replace a Hot water Tank. Discussed the price for the Job with Chris and we agree upon a reasonable amount. Tom Installed the water heater i requested. He was polite and efficient . finished the job in good order packed up and left. Mack Plumbing was easy to work with.... i would hire them again for addition work and would refer them to others.

Donna the office employee was was fantastic in wanting to assist me with the setting up the appointment and Tracy the repairman was excellent. I have a small bathroom and Tracy reviewed the project and explained what the Installation of the toilet could be done and he did it. Excellent job. Also very economical. I am so glad I chose Mac Plumbing

Expensive

They were really great, answered immediately, sent someone out the same day. Showed up ontime and quickly fixed our issues. The tech was very informative and helpful. He even showed us how to check for clogs next time. Very affordable and great service.
