We were skeptical about hiring a new plumber but going with Triniy plumbing was the right move. He came to our home the same day and did excellent work and didn't leave a mess behind. He charged and reasonable rate. We will definitely be calling again for future plumbing problems.

My tub/shower had gone from low flow to no flow. Two trips to Lowe's and ~$80 poorer, I perused Homeadvisors on Friday afternoon, before one more futile attempt to fix the impaired faucet. It didn't take long before logic forced me to admit that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Fortunately Rodney had called and left a message. What a relief! Although his Saturday was already booked, he could come out Sunday. A few calls, texts, and pics later, Rodney knew what the sitution was, gave me an estimate and agreed to an early appointment. He was prompt and courteous; the work was performed in a neat and timely manner, with an excellent outcome. Before noon, I had plenty of water running through my new faucet! I and others found the cost to be well within reason.

We had an urgent need for a main water line leak repair. Rodney's response to our request was quick and he arrived at our house within the hour. He replaced the gate valve with a ball valve and no more worries. While he was here, we also asked him to look at a water heater pipe that appeared corroded. He diagnosed that as well and replaced the pipe. We felt the cost was reasonable for both repairs and would highly recommend Rodney for his professionalism, promptness, and overall service.

Rodney contacted me the same day. That doesn't happen often!!! His schedule was flexible and he was able to come on my schedule later that day to install the sink and faucet. He was honest about possible problems he might encounter removing the existing sink and potential problems damaging the nearby countertop. That was because the previous sink was adhered to the countertop with Liquid Nails. After we laughed about that we saw that Rodney was taking great care to minimize any damage. After holding my breath I saw we had minimal damage - not enough to worry about! And as I said previously this occurred because of the previous installation. Rodney is someone we will callback for our future needs. Did I mention how personable, kind and respectful he is? We could not have been happier with the results.

He came right away, did the job well and charged a reasonable amount for the job.

i call on a sunday and Monday morning he call back and when i explained what was wrong he set an appointment for that morning and was on time and very friendly and took care of the problem and the price was fair, thinking about hiring him to redo bathroom

Rodney was great! His quote was less than half of the highest one I got and just slightly higher than the lowest. He was very professional and answered all my questions on the phone so I knew he was the right plumber for me. Rodney contacted me right away and came out same day to repair leak in pipe that was behind a water heater inside a small closet. I was amazed that he was able to access, remove/replace pipe without having to move the water heater. He saved me a lot of $ and is very efficient, polite, and professional. Rodney was polite, professional, helped me with a couple of our plumbing needs. He replaced a disposal, unclogged a tub drain and changed out a split pipe for an outdoor faucet. Rodney removed very old stationary tubs in the basement that were heavy cement. Replaced tubs and pipes and faucet. Fast and efficient and very nice person to do business with. Thanks !
