Rodney contacted us right away, came to our home the same Saturday morning and quickly did a great job fixing our problem.

I hired Rodney to fix my sump pump and replace two leaking outdoor spigots. After the first visit to assess my needs, he said he would return the following day with the correct parts for both jobs. He returned the following day and fixed the sump pump. He indicated he could not locate the spigots and would return once he did. I haven't heard from him since. I guess he never found them.

WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW IN KITCHEN SINK, ROD CLEANED FAUCET, RAISED WATER PRESSURE, BUT NOW I HAVE A HORRIBLE LEAK FROM BASE OF KITCHEN FAUCET. HAD THIS LOOKED AT BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, AND WAS TOLD DUE TO THE HIGH WATER PRESSURE, FAUCET WAS BLOWN OUT. I NEED TO REPLACE KITCHEN FAUCET.

Someone else was here while he did the work. He replaced a faucet in the deep sink in the laundry room. I had already bought the faucet. When I got home I found that not only was the amount was too much, for my liking, but I also felt he did a soddy job. I felt he pieced the work together and I felt I could have done a better job. After he left, we could not find the handle to the indoor shut-off valve and had to buy a new one!

Rodney was able to come out right away and was able to complete the job that day.
