Information about my options were clear. Their website showed estimates of what things would cost (which no other company I know of does). I was happy with the product and the installation. There were a few items I wasn't thrilled with (small scratch on basement door and a tool was left) but those a small things. They are responsive and answered all of my questions throughout the process, I would use them again.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is fraudulent!!!. They didn't stand behind the warranty I paid for. They didn't stand behind the work they did. The work they performed 90 days ago was done incorrectly so I had to pay to fix it again. The technician that did the work 90 days ago is no longer with the company so I couldn't get any answers from them about the work that was completed. DO NOT do business with this company. If you are even considering this company for work, I highly suggest you price shop for comparison. The receptionist is extremely rude and the owner doesn't care about any customer service or standing behind his word. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I informed them that we already have an approval in hand from the home warranty company and were free to schedule with whomever. Their response? "We are not interested in working with you." Bottom line: this place does not want your business, take it elsewhere.

The boss arrived with two employees to install a heating/cooling unit in a new addition. They unloaded the materials and the boss left. Later, my contractor and I found out that the 2 employees were apprentices, not fully licensed, and they were left here UNSUPERVISED. Which is a no-no if you ask me. They proceeded to cut a hole in the wall (without checking with the contractor or their boss), and the unit was hung out of true. My contractor (who'd been here when they arrived and had left to go pick up some other material), put his level on it and told the guys it was unacceptable. They had also popped a plastic part out of the unit that couldn't be put right (wires were visible inside the unit). My contractor refused to pay them until it was done properly. When they removed the unit, he saw the hole in the drywall. They said the electric connections hadn't been set up right (the company had been here when the electrician was doing the work, to make sure everything was where it needed to be), they had cut the hole in the drywall to try and get the connection right. My contractor will now have to fix the hole: cut, seal, mud, sand, and paint the drywall. In addition, there are other things that look like nail holes up on the wall. This was a BAD joke and a worse job. Meanwhile...outside, where the compressor was to sit (I assumed they'd create a pad of some sort), they had dumped a load of what might have been Quikcrete. But they hadn't mixed it. It was just loose, grey grit. It had no frame around it, nothing. The first big rain, and whatever THAT was supposed to be would be gone. When my contractor refused to pay (the secretary called him 3 times wanting payment before the unit was in place, or functioning or anything else), they took all the stuff and left and have not returned his calls. There has been no further contact on their side. My contractor has tried to get in touch with the owner, to no avail. I would NEVER recommend this outfit. Leaving two unsupervised apprentices to do a job? That's absurd. I think the company owes me an apology (my addition schedule has been set back by this and who is paying my contractor for the extra work, time, and money to 1. repair the damage they did; 2. find somebody else to do the work in a timely manner). Horrible experience.

The service was great. They said they would send us an email to set up an air conditioning appointment but they never did so I called them. They couldn't find my name on the Angie's list contracts but they apologized and scheduled to come out the next day. The serviceman was a nice guy and cleaned up afterwards. The services were a part of an Angie's list deal so the price was very reasonable.

Their service representative was prompt and professional. After he tuned up the furnace, I requested additional service on a pipe that was leaking. He fixed that and didn't charge me the full price because he hadn't confirmed it with me ahead of time. I would definitely use this service again. They have a very reasonable yearly service plan.

We had a tech here on June 18th and discussed what needed done. He told me he would have to come back when he could get the part and would do all that was discussed at that time. Not only did he not show up on time, but he didn't arrive at all. He sent two other techs who could only do half of the work because they didn't have the tools to do the entire job. We politely told them we would wait until the entire job could be done. When we called the office to reschedule, we were told maybe they couldn't work with us and told us to find another company to do the work.

They are very professional and did a great job. The gave us many options for repairs and told us what needed to be done right away and what we could hold off on doing later.

The crew was professional, polite and hard working. They protected my floors and cleaned up after themselves (including sweeping the floors) as they left. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and made the process very easy for us. They were great about explaining our options and the pros and cons of each unit and helped us select the right system to fit our needs and our home.

Bill is a great guy. Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We purchased a new house with a very old inefficient, heat pump system that was barely functioning. Bill and his crew installed the new system only a couple of days after getting me the estimate. Paramount guys were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. We are really happy with the work that was done and our new HVAC system. Bill was very receptive to some follow up questions and concerns as well.

My experience was wonderful. I will continue to use them. They were prompt and called before they came. They showed us what they were doing and explained things to us in the appointment.

He was here about for about an hour not really knowing what was wrong. He thought it was the fan or something was in the pipes blocking the airflow. He gave 5 cost options the second to lowest being $534. The lowest option he covered up and said that it's really not an option I can choice as it won't fix the problem. He didn't want to cut open our pipes but he didn't have the part with him and needed to go back to the office to get it. He said he had other appointments to go to and would have to come back later to finish. He called later that afternoon with the part to install. He installed that but still no heat. He then cut open our pipes and no blockage. He then fiddled around for another hour or so looking for what might be wrong. He then took a tube out of the bottom of the furnace and washed it out in our sink and bam we have heat. I talked to multiple coworkers that own their houses and they all said they clean out that tube every year as preventive maintenance and that is always the first place they look when their heat goes out. I don't know why that wasn't the first thing he looked at when he got here. And then charged $534!! I will never use this company again.

My heater motor burnt up at 6pm and a tech was at my house by 8pm. He worked until 11pm and had my heater working. I couldn't believe I actually got this problem resolved the night of the problem. I'm sure I paid too much, but it was 2 degrees outside and I really needed my heater to work ASAP. They also offered me a service plan which includes 2 free checks per year, $0 service call charge ($89 regular fee) and 15% off repair cost. This is $20 per month, but my unit is really old so I thought it was a good deal.

Bill came out to give me quotes and make recommendations on what would work best for my house and needs. He found me a terrific Trane rebate that made the price of the package very attractive. It took two days for two technicians to complete the work. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and nice.

He seemed to do a thorough job and explained everything he did. He was professional and pleasant.

Up to this point, they're fabulous. He was very prompt in getting back to me.

It was weird because the first time the AC came on after the inspection it didn't work. They responded ASAP and replaced a part which I never got billed for so I was satisfied overall.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was wonderful. They were very professional, efficient and helpful. Their suggestions saved me a lot of money.

I cannot recall the date I had them out. The date is an estimate. The man who came was friendly and new to the industry. He had a check list and walked through my house checking off the list. He did not leave me with a report or any comments on my system. It is fairly new. I was prepared to buy the special filters from him but although we spoke on the phone previously, he did not have the right filters. He then told me a price and he would have them shipped directly to me. I was to arrange this with the office. Long story short, I never got the filters. I did get a nice email from the business telling me where I could order the filters from myself. I wouldn't call them back because I did not feel that they did anything. It looked liked they just took notes down and pictures of what an units I had. I expected to have some sort od check up report and to buy my filters from them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. There were no additional costs. They were on time and did their job. They were very punctual.
