Called very fast- needed the work done right away and came out quickly!

Arrived early after checking with me to see if I was home. Performed the tune up but he noticed that the furnace was not firing every time so he removed what he thought might be causing the problem. The situation still exists, this is going to be a warranty fix so I will be contacting Premier again to do the work.

Rick, from Premier Heating and Air was very prompt. He was knowledgable about my issue, he showed me what he was doing and showed me how to replace humidifier pad myself with an $11 part from Home Depot. I originally called him for a second opinion on my air conditioner, he went through the first company's estimate and pointed out that while it was essentially correct, there were some charges that were unneccessary and duplicated. He also said this (September) was not an ideal time to recharge an air conditioner and I should wait until next spring with warmer weather. I will call him again in the spring to repair the air conditioner.
