first time we used Supeck, and they were excellent! Courteous on the phone and called me 1/2 hour before arriving as I requested. The technician was polite, well informed and neatly dressed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

They are a company we can rely on. If they say they'll be here at a certain time, they are here. They are good about reminding me without pressure that it is time for maintenance and I really appreciate that. They are neat and careful with the digging for the septic cover, they are respectful and professional and we continue to be pleased with the service they provide.

Supeck handles our septic cleanout and maintenance on a regular basis and does a wonderful and professional job. In addition, we had a pump go out recently in the early morning and they had someone on the site and the pump replaced within two hours. They are a pleasure to work with and they know how to do customer services.

I called to schedule a septic tank clean out and the staff member (Allison) was very curtious and professional. She was able to quickly pull up our records, tell me when it was last pumped and had a record of the model number and size. They had also marked their records that it is a large system and long distance to the tanks and that they needed a specific (larger) truck and extra hose. She informed me that they would charge an additional $30 for the hose length, gave me the total price of $380 + $30 and told me the day they would come. They are able to charge a credit card too, so I provided that information, and they do not charge it until after the service is provided. When Dave arrived, he checked if we would permit him to pull the truck onto the concrete, did the work, and was very helpful in providing information about how often we should have them pumped and about a cracked concrete top. He did call the next day with the information he said he would call with. They are very professional and easy to work with.

Very good experience. The woman in the office was extremely knowledgable and they scheduled the work around my schedule very well. The gentleman, Mike, that came out to do the work was prompt and very helpful in terms of answering questions. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Will definately stick with them.

Very well. Arrived on time, found the septic tank quickly and correctly determined its size. Replaced the pump quickly and efficiently.

After moving into my new house, I was new to septic systems. I called Supeck primarily because of their high Angies rating, and they had been used by the former owner. The technician was a pleasure to deal with. He called ahead, and on arriving he made a visual assessment of the system and potential costs, and went to work. I appreciated the fact that he gave me the option of purchasing a new sump pump from him or letting me buy one somewhere else, and also to save myself more money by installing it myself. I decided to purchase one of their pumps, but I did decide to install it myself, and saved approx. $120 for a 10-20 minute job. Supeck also replaced the bearings in my aerator motor, and my experience with their rebuild shop was also very satisfactory.

We had an emergency situation with our septic system a couple of days before Thanksgiving and needed to have the tanks cleaned so that we could have guests for the holiday. Supeck came the morning before Thanksgiving day and saved our Thanksgiving holiday.

I compared them to a competitor, they were out within hours of calling. They were way cheaper than the competition.

He did a great job. He was very nice to work with. They weren't cheap but they were fair.

They were fine. I didn't have any problems with them. They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do, and they charged what they said they would.

They are a family company, right in our town. They even remembered this house from years ago! Use them! We just updated our Angie's List and moved to a new state/new city and really appreciated the info. We knew no-one here, no family, nothing and Angie's List helped me find great help and good workers and will continue to do so.

They gave a good estimate, arrived on time, had pleasant workers, and cleaned the site after the work was completed.
