Amazing job! Darryl was on-time, gave me explanations of the entire process and even when we needed to deal with a small issue, he returned to make sure the issue was resolved. Definitely plan on using the team again!

Very well! The repairman was on time and fixed everything quickly with no fuss. Costs were less than I had expected.

They could have scheduled the service the next day, but we scheduled of a few days later at 9 a.m. Darrell arrived at 9:01 and went to work. He described the different scenarios that could be done ( replace plastic line with copper, replace the saddle valve, etc) and he recommended the service that turned out to be the least expensive. He finished in about 30 minutes. I asked him to look at a toilet valve, and he gave the another recommendation on how to do it myself to fix...no charge. We have used them several times before. They are not cheap, but they do a great job, and stand behind their work. We always recommend them to anyone who asks about a plumber.

Overall, it went pretty good. I did have to have them come out again because the unit started to rotate within the collar. They came back and tightened it and explained to me it was the temperature being to warm. They fixed it with no charge.

He came in, found the leak and fixed it. He did a good job and was a nice man. He told us when he was going to be here and he was here.

Came on 2 separate occasions to install 2 separate outside faucets. First time they came, they were 1 hour late (without calling), but arrived and did a nice job. Due to time constraints I had them return to do the second faucet at a later date. Second time, they were prompt and courteous. They called me 1/2 hour before arriving to let me know they were on schedule. Again, did a very nice job. Very nice gentlemen. Job cost was as quoted. No charge for connecting gas grill.

With no warning, Columbia Gas inspected my meter and shut off my gas because of a leak. They did this while I was at work and left a note on my door. I could not get it turned back on until I had a "DOT" registered plumber repair it and then they would inspected a turn it on. It was evening and it was cold out. I call Red Hutchins and left a message with their answering service. A representative called me back 10 minutes later and scheduled a repair for 9am the next day. They knew exactly what to do and my gas was back on by the afternoon. They seem very expensive but they were a "God Send" in the emergency that I was in.

Plumber called back within 15 minutes of initial call to company on Saturday evening stating that we had no hot water. He was at our home within 30 minutes. Was able to re-light tank as temporary measure and advised to replace thermocouple as short term solution. After further discussion, it was decided to replace hot water tank due to age and replace some shut-off valves due to corrosion. He also repaired roof vent stack because of corrosion and wind damage. Hot water tank and valves were installed Monday and roof vent stack repaired Tuesday.

I was quite surprised to get service same day I called. The repairmen were very professional, courteous and very conscientious of not tracking debris into my house. They took the time to explain the problem and how they would fix. Also, explained other programs they offer for future repairs.

My hot water heater (AO Smith) stopped working on a Sunday and this company was the only one who would come out to fix it! Called back quickly, charges were clearly explained and the technician came right out. Appeared knowledgable, fixed the problem by cleaning the heater. Very polite, cleaned up after himself. Pricey, but it was worth it to me to have hot water back quickly! Very pleased with overall experience.

JUST THAT HE IS VERY GOOD AND HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON (HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE YOU COULD TALK TO HIM IT'S NOT LIKE HE JUST CAME TO DO A JOB AND HE WOULD ANSWER THE QUESTIONS.) HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK.
