Do It All Plumbing

I called Do It All Plumbing in the past, so again I contacted them. Joe is super professional, and very calm when a customer is doing the "my hot water tank blew!" freak out. He and his assistant were efficient, clean, polite. No problems with the tank or connection after two weeks of nice hot water.

Great. This is the second time we have hired Joe and have been pleased with his punctuality, his willingness to go the 'extra yard' and his professionalism. The work is done cleanly and skillfully. Joe is very good at communicating when he'll arrive, what he'll do, what it will cost and when it will be done. Highly recommended to anyone.

The owner was extremely courteous when I called to schedule the appointment and his professionalism only continued during the service call. He repaired the leak in short order, was pleasant to speak with, and I will certainly use him again. Lastly, he was extremely responsive, I was hoping to get the service call in at some point during my week off work, knowing people always give you the story that it will be 'x' days, etc. I called at 2pm on Monday and he was at our home at 8am on Tuesday.

Great! Joe and his assistant were very nice,very professional. Joe found the problem immediately! I told him when I called that I have to work in a few hours- so I have to make an apt for the next day. He said he would make my stop first. And he did what he said. I was first on his stop!!! Very considerate and that really helped me out!!! I will use his service again for some other projects!

Went very well with no glitches. Joe and his assistant were in and out inside of an hour. This is the second time I've called on them for a plumbing problem, and I will do so again. I highly recommend them.

Joe was very professional and extremely reasonable regarding price for the work. He was able to discern the problem which had befuddled previous contractors. The shower/bath tub had been leaking through the wall down to the kitchen ceiling. We had been using the downstairs shower - somewhat of an inconvenience. Joe changed all of the plumbing and also re-did the wall and wall tile around the lower fixtures as a necessary part of the job. When the job was done he and his assistant did a very good job at cleaning up. Beforehand, they took pains to keep the stairs and pass-through rooms and hallways clean as they needed to retrieve items from their truck and return to the bathroom. I would recommend Do It All to any resident in its service area.

It was great that the plummer did the extra service we did not know the kitchen faucet needed. We thought this was an exceptional job.

We called Joe at the start of our project. We intended to remodel our bathroom mostly ourselves, with some help from a plumber. Joe came out the same day of our first contact in the evening to take at look at our set up and consult with us about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We had not completed all of our demo yet but he gave us some options. Due to the age of our house, we knew we wanted to reconfigure the layout of the bathroom and he helped us visualize our options and came up with the most cost effective option. After completing most of the demo ourselves to save money, he came to remove the tub. As soon as we were ready, he came out to move the water lines and drains for our tub, and ended up replacing all of them due to age and to optimize efficiency. When Joe came across an area that needed to be replaced that wasnt part of the original plan, he let us know his recommendation and asked permission before working. His communication and dedication to his job is top notch. At some point during the work, a very bad storm hit the area and many areas incurred flooding. Joe let me know he had some emergency work but would be out later that day to do the work he promised to do. He worked all day and all evening and still made time to stop over and put a few hours into our project, which we really appreciated. Although the scope of the project changed dramatically, I feel confident that the work has greatly improved our bathroom cosmetically and functionally. He was very understanding and flexible with our budget and our requests to do as much of the project ourselves as possible. He will be my resource going forward for all our plumbing upkeep and maintenance.

My hot water tank started to leak Sat night of the Labor Day weekend. I went to Angie's List and found Do It All Plumbing and gave them a call. Joe was very reassuring about the water leaking and that he could come out the next morning on Sunday to look at it. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am and explained everything that I was going to need to have done. He said the gas lines were not up to code, and that the gas company would probably shut my gas off! Obviously I was glad to know that, and he said that would be taken care of. He was able to come the Tuesday after labor day and put in the new hot water tank. He was very pleasant and informative. I was so happy to find someone that would come out so quick and have a new tank in so soon! I would definitely hire this company again and give the name out to my friends.

The heavey rains caused some water in the basement. The plumber checked the sump pump and said the pump is working properly. The plumber also said the rain was coming down faster than the pump could pump out. The plumber provided options to increase capability to pump water away from the house.

Very responsive. Cam same day called. Provided good advice and quoted job overall and by stage, which was helpful. Still in bid phase, but definitely considered.

I called Joe on his cell about 10:30 on a Saturday morning. He said he would be about 45 minutes. A few minutes later he called to move the appointment back about two hours, but he ended up getting here before that. He gave me the price up front (provided there were no complications).There were no complications, but the clog was pretty deep - about 25 feet. It took about 20 minutes for him to do tbe job. While there he told me I can get free replacement parts for my Moen fawcet, which was loose. I was not aware of that. He also told me to keep the pipes from clogging again by pouring bleach down the drains occasionally. I was not aware of that, either. The job was done and I would use his company again.

It went very well. He was 15 mins early to the job. Did exactly what I needed. Very happy with the job he did

He was great. I called him the day of because it was an emergency burst pipe. He showed up in 30 minutes with everything he needed to fix it. He worked cautiously, quickly and effectively. He explained everything to us as he was fixing the problem. He had the pipe located and fixed within an hour and a half. And he gave us a great referral for someone to repair the drywall. I would definitely use him again!

Originally, our appointment was set up for 1 PM. About 10:30 AM, Joe called and said he could come earlier, which definitely was nice for us. The auguring proved to be problematic because original plumbing design was so bad (for instance, T's instead of Y's at one critical pipe juncture) and the blockage was pretty nasty. However, Joe and his helper persevered until the line was clear. Joe was upfront with cost estimates for all work done and very clear on all our options as the job progressed. We weren't surprised with any hidden costs after the work was finished. Joe and his helper were very congenial, and once the job was started they worked until the job was done. We are very happy with services they provided and will likely use them again for any future plumbing problems.

It want great. After an initial miscommunication, all was well. The day he came, I had a family emergency in which I needed to watch a relative's children, and was not going to be able to be there. As he had already come out to look at the job, this was not a problem. He actually was early for the appt., and texted to ask if it was ok if he came early. It was, I just had to go home to let him in. I appreciate the way Joe kept me informed, with texts, confirming appts., and letting me know he's on his way. I had called 2 plumbers prior to him, both who said they would come out, and who never showed up or even called back! Even though Joe is busy, he calls back, shows up when he says, (or earlier!) and does what he says he'll do. Sadly this is a rarity with contractors in my experience. I am so happy to find a good plumber, who really knows his stuff, and is dependable and reasonable. In fact, I read in another Angie's List review that he repaired their gas line. So I asked Joe if he could replace my stove top. He took a look at it right then, measured it, & gave me a recommendation for a place to purchase the stove top. I'll be calling him again to do that job! I highly recommend Do It All Plumbing. He did a great job, was in and out very efficiently, was polite professional, as was his assistant.

Joe was very knowledgeable, personable, fair and informative. We also found out he does bathroom remodeling and we would consider using NO ONE but him. Would highly recommend Do it All Plumbing!

Did not like the service at all. He installed a backup sump pump. A couple of mos later our main pump went out. and the backup was later burned out. He never came back out to help. He made an appointment but canceled because of a family gathering he had to go to while my basement flooded. Call Mr. Rooter and they helped me.

He did good work. He is a good guy. I definitely would use him again. He and his helper were good guys. It went very good. He was very nice and he was willing to come out as soon as he got the order. He was just very courteous. Originally I did not request to put in the line. I would absolutely use him again.

They overcharged us for doing barely any work, and refused to end up giving us the senior discount he previously commited to honoring. They were very unprofessional.

Called to request help for pipes leaking under kitchen sink. Joe said let me finish up here and I'll be right there. I think he was here within 45 min. Found out we needed a new faucet. He had one in his truck and was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Very pleasant and neat. Would definitely recommend him and use Jim again.

Joe said he would be here by 9:00 am. He was here by 8:30 am and ready to go. Originally we just wanted the hot water tank. We knew we needed the sump pump but were going to that at a later date. We decided to have Joe do it all at once. Again he was in and out in minimal time. Showed up early Showed me everything he did. Was very neat and cleaned up. Definitely will be using him again. Very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. This repair came one week since the last.

Joe showed up 15 minutes early and took care of everything in a very timely manner. He does an awesome job and I would recommend him to anyone. this is our second outstanding experience with him.

Joe and Jeramy showed up on time, on a Saturday morning. Joe asked who put in the last tank, I had to admit that it was my boyfriend and myself. He said that it was not up to code. He installed the new water heater to code, cleaned up and I was able to take a shower again. What a good feeling.

Very professional. On time. Repaired leaky sink. Good communication.
