Do It All Plumbing

Everything went great. We called him on Saturday afternoon and he told us he could be there at 9:30am the next morning. He was actually early on Sunday morning, which we appreciated, and was very polite and courteous throughout. He explained everything that he was doing and why, and cleaned up nicely when he was done. Cost seems fair (no extra/higher charges for weekend calls). We will certainly be calling him in the future with any plumbing needs!

Service was very professional. After I put up the tile all plumbing fixtures were in the exact placement. Gave me suggestions that I did not even think about that were very helpful for my bathroom remodel. If you need plumbing work completed at a reasonable price, Do it all plumbing is your company to go to.

When I first contacted Do it all Plumbing about my leaking bathtub/shower, Joe was able to come out within 24 hours to inspect the work and give me an estimate. Joe was very upfront about potential complications due to the age of the house (it is almost 100 years old), and the workmanship of the previous owner. He was able to determine the root of the leak and advise us on how to work around it until he could schedule a repair. Joe contacted us the next day to verify the repair appointment schedule. When the day of the repair came, he and his partner were on time, and Joe had a thorough, written description of the work on his quote. When other complications arose he made a point to show me what his concerns were and checked with me before doing anything outside the original description. Despite needing to obtain a few extra parts Joe was able to finish the job within the original time frame. He made a point to clean up and take all of the garbage from his work outside with him when he left. In the end he not only fixed the leak in the tub, but he improved the operation of the shower faucet. Based off of this experience I am planning on working with the company again on future remodeling projects.

Plumber was very responsive, quick, and knowledgeable. He came to our home within 30 min of our call, gave an estimate to do the job, completed the job, and cost was within the estimate. The basement water quickly cleared.

My overall experience was exactly perfect. He was extremely nice, courteous, and professional. I woulld recommend him to anyone. He was very fast with his work and he carries almost any part that you could need. He doesn't have to run to home depot a 100 times to get a job done.

He was very professional, and did a great job. He answered all my questions and gave me some very helpful advice.

I called Do I All Plumbing yesterday (found him on Angie's list) and explained that our old tub was leaking badly, and that the drain was stopped up. Joe said he'd be here at 9:00 this am. He showed up right at 9 with a helper, assessed the situation and promptly got to work. They worked quickly, quietly, and cleaned up the work area nicely when they finished around 10:30. Even though the old tub still looks like h*** (not the plumber's fault), it's working great. The bathroom is in serious need of renovation (the tub is the original in this 1947-built house) and we'll probably have Joe do that work. He gave us an estimate with what appears to be a reasonable price. Based on the fine work he did today, and on the many great reviews he's received here, we're confident that Do It All Plumbing would deliver a quality bathroom renovation that would meet or exceed our expectations.

We called Joe on Sat. expecting to wait 'til Monday @ least. He came out 40 min. later. Fixed it all in about 20 min!!!! Absolutely will use him again. Just hope he doesn't get too busy. Have tried a few before that were considered good but we weren't impressed. We are now! Thanks again Joe!

Joe came out to look at the drain. Seeing that it was more of a sewer issue, he recommended I contact the city to locate the clean out and see where the blockage was. He was fair and honest. He informed of my options and was very professional. I will definitely use Joe for future plumbing issues and recommend him to anyone.

Joe was called on a Tuesday afternoon, came on Wednesday to evaluate and estimate, and returned on Thursday to do and finish the work. He was courteous, honest, and efficient.

I called this afternoon to inquire about an estimate and less than six hours later, I have one!! Very prompt, friendly and very much appreciated!!

Joe answered phone and came out within the hours. New tubing was $20 and $65 for the service call, so total of $85. Joe was very responsive and professional and I would use him again.

I called Do-It-All around 9 am and Joe answered the phone. He was busy but took my name and number and called me back in about 10 minutes to confirm my information and what was needed. He made an appointment for 2:30p the same day. Joe and his nephew/apprentice arrived at 2:30p. My washer and dryer were both broken and the pipes in my newly purchased home were in complete disarray. Joe gave me an fairly-priced estimate. I okayed the given estimate and they left to get parts to complete the job. They removed some old unused/unusable copper piping, that wasn't even attached to any fixtures in the laundry area. They moved my utility sink over several feet. They also put in a new brass swivel faucet and all new pipes from the hot and cold water lines to my sink, as well as new hot and cold faucet handle attachments for my new washer. Lowe's was supposed to attach my washer and dryer the following day. However, Joe and his nephew took the time to, move, attach, AND level my new appliances, even though it was not a part of my original request. They also cleaned up any mess they may have made. It was great to have everything finished all in one day! The original quote and the final price was off by around 20 dollars only because of the new faucets that weren't included in the original estimate. Joe discussed this during the installation process and it was okayed by me. Joe and his nephew were at my house until after 6:30 at night. They worked diligently, were polite, and made my new laundry area a place where I can actually enjoy doing my laundry.

Our kitchen faucet broke and for a variety of reasons I was not able to replace it myself - damaged shut off valves, etc. I called Do-It-All Plumbing at 9PM and set up the appointment for the next day. They replaced our shut off valves in the basement, added shut off valves under the sink and installed the new faucet. Quality work, great price, and very professional. This is our go-to plumbing company and I highly recommend their service.

Mr. Szalkiewicz also cleaned up the entire floor and wall around the toilet area once he had pulled it out. This was a task that he did NOT have to do. However, it certainly improved the look of the area once he was done.

I called to set up the appt and Do It All Plumbing arrived early the next day. Joe was polite & professional. He was very knowledgeable and spotted another problem. He quickly fixed it and stayed true to the quote. I would recommend him and will use his services in the future.

We called Do It All around Noon, and the description of the work that we provided on the phone was pretty straight-forward. The timing was great, and Joe was able to be at our house in about 20 minutes. From the initial contact throughout the entire process, he was polite, straight forward, informative, and worked efficiently. The price we paid was exactly what was originally quoted, even though he fixed a few of the previous installer's shortcomings that he came across. We were very happy with the entire process, and will use Joe and Do It All again in the future.

Plumber immediately recognized the problem and what was needed to fix it. His directions to his assistant demonstrated a thourough knowledge of how to make the repair.

I needed an old sink pulled, a new sink installed plus the replacement of some old plumbing parts. A competing firm <ahem, The Plumbing Source> came over that morning and quoted me $668 for the service. After asking them to leave due to the ASTRONIMCAL estimate, I called Joe at approximately 9am. Joe had work to do in the morning but said he would be over at 530 for an estimate. He called me at 4pm to let me know he finished early and could swing by for an estimate if I was available. I really appreciated his constant communication with me. Made me feel like he really wanted to work with me. Joe quoted me a price almost one third the price of the competition! He started work immediately and finished in approximately two hours. His work was fantastic, he cleaned up after installation, and was all around a great guy to work with. If Joe is anything, he is a consummate professional. I will definitely be using him again for any and all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!

We had two tricky plumbing problems in ceilings. One was a cracked toilet stack in a cement floor, the other was a drain way up in a ceiling above a staircase. Both were tricky to get at. He was able to get the stack out of the cement floor with minimal damage to the cement floor. He also snaked out a drain with a very deep clog. He was very prompt and conscientious and his price remained stable.

I contacted Joe for an estimate via email and he responded very quickly with a price. After contacting 2 other plumbers for estimates, I went with Joe based on price and availability. Joe set up a time and date to do the work and the whole job went off without a hitch. Joe left my property clean and intact and his work was professional.

Service was prompt and professional. Joe kept me up to speed on the repair. I have an older home with older faucets so he also gave me a few options to look at in the future. I would use again.
