They were punctual and very skilled and got the job done.

Joe and Jeremy were on time As usual, took off their shoes to keep floors clean and proceeded to commence working. A part in one of the facets was cracked so they went and got the part needed. They also clean up after the work is finished. We thank you so much for a job well done. We will be having them back for the kitchen sink and garbage disposal next.

I was scrambling to get my basement prepped before a Nature Stone installation. One of these tasked involved removing the existing toilet and sink in my basement, both of which were so old with pipes rusted that I quickly realized I needed a professional. I gave Joe a call, which he returned in a matter of minutes. He came out that day to evaluate and correct the situation, while making a very important suggestion that allowed for better a better install of my toilet as it relates to the timing of the Nature Stone install. The work required him to come back at a later date to finish the job after the new flooring was laid out, which he did in a incredibly timely manner. The name is Do-It-All Plumbing, but it might have easily been called Do-It-All-At-A-Drop-Of-A-Hat Plumbing.

Very good work my only compliant was the price, $375 for an hour worth of time and about about $50 worth of parts is a little steep.

My water heater exploded on a Sunday night so I spent all morning on Monday trying to find someone to help. I thought maybe it was a frozen pipe - but when I spoke with Joe over the phone and explained the issue he knew right away that I needed a new one. Said he could be there in about 3 hours. He was right on time and did an excellent job with the install. I felt very comfortable with him. He seemed very knowledgable and courteous. I will definitely use him again.

He was recommended by my neighbor. Joe, the owner, came out, which he charged me $65 for. The first thing that he said was that he hates the kind of toilet that I have. It is an American Standard 4 1/2 gallon toilet. He said that I needed a new toilet. It is backing up, which has nothing to do with the toilet. He used an auger to unclog the pipes, but it only went down 6 feet. I found out that I could have bought one myself, but he charged me another $100 for the 10 minutes it took him to do it. He was trying to high pressure sell me on a new toilet the whole time. He recommended that I purchase a toilet from him that I could not get on my own. He said that he would charge me $800 for it. I found out later that I could purchase it on my own for around $100. He would charge me It also scratched up he toilet. The card that he gave me said that he gave a senior discount, and that he gave a 1 year warranty on any repairs. He was arrogant the whole time, and did not even put covers over his muddy shoes. I had to call him back within the week, because it started backing up into the bathtub. The second time, he came in and asked me for a plunger. He didn't even bring his own. He used it on the toilet for a few minutes and was done. He was again pressuring me to buy a new toilet from him. I did not. He then charged me another $65 for this visit. It still didn't fix the issue. I had to call another company out to really fix the issue. They came out and found that the problem was roots in the system. It cost me another $327.67. They said that there was no problem with the toilet, and that he was probably planning to resell my toilet, because it is in high demand.

From the 1st moment, Joe with Do It All Plumbing was terrific. He was able to come promptly to look over a relatively small problem. He not only cleared the minor clog, but replaced a segment of pipe to fix someone else's mistake for free. Every step of the process was smooth and well done and he left my house as clean as he found it. He was even gracious when we realized i had written the check wrong and needed to get him a 2nd check. All around: great guy and great service.

This company is perfectly named. DO IT ALL is exactly what they did. A couple of weeks ago, I went down to my bathroom for a drink of water at about 3:50am. After pouring a glass, I heard four loud pops followed by a series of small waterfalls pouring out of my recessed lights. Luckily, I was aware enough to turn the main off. The next morning, I called Do It All Plumbing. Joe and his team were clearly inundated with calls after a week of sub-zero temperatures. That being said, they arrived within a few hours and sealed four cracks in my water line. They were transparent throughout the entire process and itemized the cost of work before doing anything. They left a 8' squared hole in my ceiling, but that was more than understandable with so many people without water and in real emergencies. They cleaned up well and offered to come back the following week to repair the damage. I was surprised that a plumbing service would do dry wall, plaster, and the like. But, that's exactly what they did. They not only repaired the water damaged ceiling, but also repaired old water damage in my kitchen that I had been putting off for over a year. While they were at it, they found time to install a new ventless gas log set that I had recently purchased. After all this work, the quoted price was honored until the end. This is clearly more than a plumbing service. This is a professional contracting company that partners with other professionals to do quality work at a reasonable price. A water pipe disaster has turned into a series of home improvement projects. Within the next few weeks, I hope to have a new bathroom in my basement installed by DO IT ALL. It's difficult to find trustworthy and knowledgeable service professionals that are also reasonably priced. I highly recommend DO IT ALL for any home improvement or residential disaster recovery project.

the guys who came were extremely nice and gave me tips on how to avoid frozen pipes. i thought this was nice since if i don't know what to do they get more business.

The project went very well. It was completed on time with no major problems. Joe is a professional and is very knowledgeable concerning his craft. He is a straight shooter who is both honest and sincere, and in my opinion truly cares about the finished product.

I came home to find water leaking in the basement, and traced it to a burst pipe in the basement wall. Water had frozen causing the burst. Called immediately hoping I could get someone out to look at it today, and I had never called for a plumber before. Joe answered and was very polite, gave me an estimate of time he could be out (same evening service!) and let me know there were two calls ahead of mine that he was servicing. Joe and his son arrived, looked at the situation, and explained how he'd have to proceed (open the wall, find the leak, etc.). They also gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost to open the wall to examine things (under $200). Joe cut three holes (each about 8x8 inches) to locate the leak. This is important, because it meant that there would be just a very small wall patching job for me to do later on, rather than replacing an entire wall. There was no damage other than the holes cut, and he replaced the section of pipe very neatly and efficiently. I do some plumbing myself, so I know quality work when I see it. After the repair was done, and instructions on how long to leave the wall open to make sure everything dried out (he suggested I make a small opening at the bottom of the wall as well to assist the drying) Joe then showed me a tip about draining the pipe to winterize it -- there's a nut on the shutoff valve that is actually a drain nut. I never knew that! But a tip like that will come in handy. As he was leaving, Joe even showed interest in our dog, spending a few minutes to try and coax her to come over for some petting. My dog is scared of everything, but showed interest in Joe, so if the dog likes you, that's always a good sign! I would not hesitate to call Joe again...or to recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Joe arrived on time. Very professional. In checking our broken shower valve realized that to get to it he would have to cut a hole in the wall and cut out the old valve. Came back the next day on time with all needed supplies and his employee to finish the job. He was very concerned for our neighbor below us that no water would leak. They finished the job with no water problems and cleaned up everything. I will refer him to family and friends.

Joe answered my call and was able to come out the same day to help with frozen pipes and avoid a potential disaster. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The fee was reasonable.

We have a bi-level house where the garage is below the level of the street. When the street sewers get overfull, the water rises in the drain at the bottom of the driveway and enters the garage and eventually floods the first floor. Several other houses like ours on the street have the same problem and have had sump pumps installed in the corner of the garage to take care of this problem. I called Joe, explained what I wanted done, and he promptly came out and gave me an estimate. I hired Joe because he seemed very professional and honest. The work was done in a timely fashion and I am satisfied with the job. The pump hasn't gone on yet, but we are hopeful it will be the solution to our problem.

My husband bought me a new dishwasher for Christmas...upon attempting to install it himself, he ran into other issues, and of course, at 7:00pm. I called several plumbgers who were booked thourgh mid January 2014. Finally found Do It All Plumbers, and called Joe, who answered his phone directly - he was willing to come out that evening, but I told him no rush. He was here 8:30am the next day...not only did he do a wonderful job installing the dishwasher, he replaced pipe valves, and took care of other plumbing issues we have had lingering for a long time (re: leaky faucets, leaking hoses, toilet water pressure)..He took his time, answered all of our questions, and resolved all of our plumbing problems, efficiently & economically. We will continue to call Joe for all of our plumbing needs/issues. We would recommend him highly!!

The plumber was very responsive and professional. All services were explained in detail and we will deffinately use them in the future if needed.

I used Do It All Plumbing last week at my home and when the toilet at the house where my daughter is living backed up, I call Do It All Plumbing. Joe arrived on time and called me to let me know what had to be done and how much it was going to cost. Joe keep me updated and called me when he had to bring the bigger equipment out and let me know what the increase was going to be. They had to deal with my daughters, boyfriends mother, who was a little difficult, and since she was not paying for the repair, expected them to do more than what they were there to do. They did a few things that she wanted and did not change me. I would highly recommend, Do it All Plumbing. I know that I will call them, when needed.

Joe and Jeremy showed up on time and were very professional. Joe explained what should be done and how much it was to fix it. They cleaned up and were done before I knew it. Joe said that he would be back next week to tack down the bathroom floor were it was loose.

Could not be happier with the results. Piping is all new and look great. They showed up only one hour after my initial call, did an excellent job, and charged me fairly giving me a nice discount for using Angies List

Joe and his assistant came over and took apart the drain to see if something was stuck. They got the dishwasher to drain. Unfortunately the dishwasher was the problem. Joe was very personable and explained everything to me. His price was very fair. Matter of fact we got to talking about a bathroom remodel I wanted done and he explained he that too. So he is coming over to offer suggestions and give me prices..

The whole process went well. He was very responsive and knowledgable.

The crew was right on time. My wife was home and spoke with the two gentlemen. There was a bit of confusion as to the difficulty of the job, but they were honest about it. Once they started, they were very professional and they went the extra mile to get more clips in. So far, we are very satisfied.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. They were friendly and professional. I called the "Do It All Plumbing" on Thursday and Joe was available to come out first thing Friday morning. Joe and his helper Jermey were thorough in completing the job within a couple of hours. Joe is a very honest man, he orginially quoted me a price for a job he thought needed to be done, however once he pulled the toilet he realized the issue wasn't as bad as he thought. He then adjusted his price for the work he completed. I was very impressed with this given he could have told me he did something when he didn't and I wouldn't have been the wiser. It is good to have someone do work and be honest about what they did. That Friday night, I realized the pilot light on my hot water tank went out, I called Joe around 9:30 Saturday morning and he was there within 15 minutes and he didn't charge me for the service call. I have future projects that I need done and I plan on calling Joe and Jeremy to complete those jobs. You can't go wrong calling "Do It All Plumbing."

We had water backing up in our home and originally thought the issue was with the hot water tank. Called a number of Plumbers who work on Sunday and Joe from DO IT ALL PLUMBING was able to come out within the hour. He diagnosed the issue as blockage in our sanitary drain and suggest we call the city and have them come out to find our clean out and determine if the issue was on their end or ours. Charged me for a service call and told me to call back when I knew more info. Turned out to be on our side so I called Joe back and he again returned in about 30 minutes. Joe was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable and explained any charges prior to doing the work. He proceeded to snake the drain from the clean-out with no results. He then suggested snaking from the utility sink at an additional charge but would only charge us if the additional snaking cleared the problem. The problem was in fact cleared through the stationary drain. Although frustrating I felt Joe was very up front about everything and very fair with his pricing. I will most definitely use his service again if necessary and I highly recommend DO IT ALL PLUMBING for all your plumbing needs.
