Jamie Elkins phoned us the morning I had requested help...our AC had been completely out for 3 days! Very August weather. He arrived a few hours later and was able to fix our issue very quickly. It's so nice to be cool again. Trying to sleep when it's 89° INSIDE your house is pretty hard!

Diagnosed and amended the problem with my air conditioner quickly and also informed me of ways I can diagnose and fix the problem myself, as well as other things to look out for. Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Inexpensive. I’m honestly blown away by the service and anyone is doing themselves a favor by hiring Super Solutions Heating & Cooling.

My furnace and cooling system works better than when it was first put in. And it's a lot quieter. I'm wondering if it was put in right in the first place. You guys did a fantastic job ð Thank you so much ð

Started and completed the work promptly arriving at stated times Started the day I called for consult and stayed late to complete as much as possible that same day. Furnace would not ignite. The problem was identified a new valve was needed. They arrived with the part and within 40 minutes the furnace was repaired. The burners were adjusted as well.

We came home to a non-working fuel oil furnace in freezing temperatures. The gentleman came within the hour and had it fixed within the next hour. We're so appreciative!

My furness stopped working at 2am on a Saturday morning. He was here by 10am and had it fixed within a few hours. The best!

Had an emergency with a propane furnace leaking. Would not respond until next day. Had to be in below 20 degrees overnight

I checked on-line for price comparison and it was totally fair. The Price was $30.00 to 50.00 less than the competitors. He also came as soon a I needed him. When my Furnace went out, I needed someone right away. He didn't leave me to freeze until an opening came up. He also noticed some very dangerous problems in the ventilation and gave me a good deal to correct the problem. He had his son-in-law as his assistant and they were both very agreeable. They were also both very competent in the work they were doing. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I intend to call them in the future for all of my Heating, Cooling and Ventilation needs.

Our furnace broke down December 26, 2020 at 3 AM. We called several other providers in our area and they would not help us. We contacted Jamie and he tried to help us that Saturday. He was unable to get the part at that time or he wouldâ ve fixed it for us then. As soon as he got the part Monday morning he was here by 9 AM. I would recommend you call Jamie anytime you need help! I will be telling everybody to contact them if they need any service.

Emergency on a holiday, and this gentleman took care of the problem very quickly. Highly recommend
