They're extremely high-priced. They were twice as high. They were asking for $25000. They were very nice and they were punctual as far as coming out when they said they would. The price would be the only problem.

The staff at Lowe's was friendly and helpful. We had a guy come and greet us at the door. He showed us what we were looking for, he took us to where we needed to go. He found the person in that section to help us make better choices and decisions. I was impressed.

I used Lowes

I used a Lowe's contractor and all service is guaranteed with a warranty. I was very pleased with the price I paid and for the quality of work. If something needed fixed, it was immediately corrected.

After purchasing the products and services, Lowes was unable to get anyone to come to the house for the measurement. Two weeks went by and one no-show appointment before we convinced Lowes that we were enough of a priority to get an installer for the measurement. Cabinets were finally ordered and when they arrived, it took another week to get the installer there to put them in. I went to Lowes to pick up additional pieces that the installer failed to bring with him even though the installed sales desk called me to inform me they were available for the installer to pick up. The installer couldn't complete the install because he measured wrong and had to reorder two pieces, the valance and a filler piece. Actually, he used the wrong filler piece in the wrong area and had to reorder claiming it was a manufacture error. Once the cabinets were installed, the countertop template was made by another installer and countertops were promised by the end of the week. After that deadline passed, I called Lowes who informed me the countertops were done and waiting on me to ask for the install. So, I asked for the install. The original cabinet installer arrived and claimed the countertops were cut incorrectly. He left and I was forced to negotiate with Lowes, the cabinet installer, and the countertop measurer to get someone to correct the problem. The countertop measurere planed the countertop claiming it was the installer's job to do so. He then set the countertops on the counter to prove they fit correctly. A week later the cabinet installer arrived to finish the install.

They are available when I need something done quickly. I went to their store to buy a toilet. They have a plumber who can install it for me the same day.

I was satisfied with the product and services.
