ProBuild Roofing and Restoraton

Initial work was planned and performed as scheduled although it took a few days longer than originally planned / expected. We developed a leak and contacted Brian and asked him to let us know what needed to be done to fix it. Several emails and minimal reply. He sent another contractor to inspect the leak - we didn't get any follow-up from that contractor or ProBuild following that "inspection". I've contacted Brian many times via email and have been told 1) I'll be there Saturday (which he never arrived) and 2) I thought it was taken care of (which it wasn't) and that it was caused "by the weather". Attached picture shows the damage from the leak. All other emails have been ignored - again IGNORED - no reply at all. I would not recommend this company - it appears once the work is done - they ignore any further follow-ups or questions.
