The washing machine was completely unbalanced (after my mother-in-law overloaded it!) and couldn't get through a cycle without numerous manual restarts. Cliff Morningstar arrived promptly, explained the issues he found, and fixed them. He was quite personable and easy to deal with, also neat. He let me clean the interior panel when taking it off revealed a lot of dust. He left behind a satisfied customer, a refrigerator magnet, and a guarantee. I couldn't have been happier.

Quick and efficient. We scheduled the appt, they showed up on time and performed the repair quickly.

There were three home visits in all. To refer to the items above: on the first visit "Tech #1" came out and examined the microwave; Morningstar faxed back a repair estimate within a couple of days afterward. $60 there. "Tech #1" came out and got the refrigerator model number; they called me back and said they could not find a replacement fan; I read and gave them the model # over the phone and they then found the replacement part readily; Second visit, "Tech #1" came out and the replacement fan was defective; Third visit two weeks later, "Tech #2" (Mr. Morningstar himself) came out with a new fan and replaced it within 20 minutes. It is cooling great now. $128 in repairs there. On the third home visit, "Tech #2" said that he would just charge me the recovery fee, $35, and take the unit away for disposal, which he did. I'd say that Morningstar is smoothly professional and does just what they say they will, and will work to make you happy. Definitely hire again.

Very professional & answered all my questions. Part was only $15.95. Diagnostic was $60 and labor was $39.95. Work was done in a timely manner, and he cleaned up after work was done. Also checked my dryer vent for any occlusion.

USED MORNINGSTAR TO FOLLOW UP AFTER ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, ASSIGNED BY A HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, FAILED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE DISPATCHER WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR FREEZER. THE TECH WHO ARRIVED WAS COURTEOUS AND FAST. THE MOST STAND OUT THING WITH MORNINGSTAR IS THAT THEY OFFERED TO WORK WITH THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY'S GUY TO HELP RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM BY OFFERING HIM SERVICE INFORMATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND ANY OTHER ADVICE HE NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAIR. DID NOT TRY TO PUSH FOR US TO REPAIR THE APPLIANCE. SIMPLY DIAGNOSED AND CALLED WITHIN 1 HOUR WITH A FINAL ESTIMATE ON THE TOTAL REPAIR LEAVING US WITH THE OPTION OF REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE APPLIANCE.
