His estimate was the best and his products (Carrier Furnace) was even better quaility than the others I checked into. Also, when he found out that my furnace was not working during an extremely cold period, he moved around a few things to take care of me. I really appreciated that and how nice his employees were. They were respectful of my house and made sure that everything was cleaned up and the same as they found it.

They had best price for the project, accommodated my schedule, were on time, clean work ethic and provided additional info on preventive maintenance. They followed up on registration and paper work. They provided honest answers on ongoing seasonal maintenance program and saved me some money on unneeded cost. I wish I had known them 9 months earlier for my heating unit work. I would have saved around $1000 dollars. Thanks to home advisor for the referral as well.

Friendly, professional company. They were on-time and diligent. Other quotes we had were hundreds more for the same unit and install. Other contractors tried to get us to purchase equipment we didn't need. Not CCS, they were honest and took good care of us. They were very thorough. I will use them in the future my HVAC needs with a doubt.

Emailed late Sat night. Got a response at 9:00 am Sun Fixed AC Mon morning. Good communication. Was told $70 service call and 1/2 would get rolled in to service. Did not get itemized bill which would have been nice to see where my cost was.

Tim and his team are fantastic ! -- he was very professional; very personable and did a great job. In addtion to just replacing our old system, he fixed the airflow to our 3rd bedroom. That was a very nice added touch that exemplifies and "over and above" level of customer service that you don't often see these days.
