Perfect, he came out and got right to work. The Piano has stayed tuned and he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions.

We called for repair on broken key We thought there was only 1 broken key but he identified several more that were nearly broken as well. Mr. Joyce repaired those also, saving us a return trip in the near future. We are very satisfied with the work, his quick responsiveness and attention to detail. We recommend him and definitely will be using his services again in the future. He made time to come out today to fix our piano between appointments and we look forward to having him back to do a full tuning in the near future.

He also does piano repair. He was excellent. We will continue to use him for tuning.

Mr. Joyce was pleasant on the phone when I called him and he scheduled an appointment for within a few days of my call. He was on time and polite during his visit. He took his time doing the tuning and did not rush through it. He mentioned that he could put pads under each leg of the piano to balance it out. He explained that if the floor is uneven and the piano is not balanced, it can affect the sound. Although the price to do that was reasonable, we opted not to do it because we didn't want to add expense at this time. Someone other than me was home when he did the tuning, so the suggestion regarding the pads was relayed to me while he was there and then he called afterward to follow up with me directly. My daughter uses the piano and I know very little about technical aspects of musical instruments. Sometimes people will talk down to you when you don't really understand their trade or don't accept their suggestions, but Mr. Joyce was not that type. He was courteous and respectful.
