We signed a contract with Inland Seas in October 2020 for completion of our pool in January 2021 at our new construction home. The owner, Harley, required a $24,000 deposit to pay for materials. Due to the size of our project and the crazy COVID world we live in, we paid the deposit when we signed the contract in October 2020 (we have copies of the contract and payment). When it came time to start our pool, Harley pushed us off several times and eventually promised he would begin our pool the first week of March. As March approached, Harley disappeared. He didn’t answer calls, texts or emails. Abruptly, on March 12, we got a generic email that our contract was canceled and we would receive a refund March 15th. Not surprisingly, we have not received any communication or refund. We are being forced to pursue legal action. DO NOT use Inland Seas, aka HBD Creations. Harley will take your money and you will never hear from him again. Where is my $24,000, Harley?
