He told me my compressor was shot. This was not true. He failed to tell me I was out of freeon. Instead he immediately tried to sell me a new unit. I got a few other professional opinions and found the correct diagnosis.

I have been using them for 30-some years. They used to be called Mallard and now they changed their name to Air Quality Solutions. The price is medium. I think they are well priced for what they do. My experience is excellent. Any time if I need something, I give the guy's name and telephone number. The workers have all been excellent, very professional, and through the years I've known several of them.

Remodeling, what a hassle. Our old house needed a major face lift. We had sanded the wood floors, removed the old carpet and remodeled the guest bath which included gutting the entire space and replacing the drywall. Our air ducts had been filled with every type of dust that could be imagined. I refused to have the heat or air turned on until the ducts were cleaned. Quality Air Solutions did a great job. I had another company do it in the past and was disappointed in the service. They sent only one person to do the entire house. Quality Air sent two who worked together. One in the basement and one in the house. The previous company had disconnected two of our vents. We called them twice to reconnect them and they did not respond. Quality Air called me into the basement to show me that we had air leaking from the main line from the furnace. They resealed it at no charge. The experience left me very comfortable with the knowledge that I could call them to clean and repair my furnace with no ugly surprises! Katie from Grove City

We have an 1800's huge farmhouse. AQS advised that we needed additional insulation for the unit to work properly after venturing into the spooky attic. This was voluntary & confirmed their commitment to their best service. We also received a follow call to ensure everything was working to our expectations. Courteous, professional and reliable. We recommend AQS highly for any heating and cooling needs.

Heroes Work Here. Mr. [member name removed] owns a large commercial office complex right by our office and in the middle of an extreme heat wave, when his HVAC company could help, called us with a no cooling issue. My technician showed up later that afternoon and was met by a very rude receptionist that belittled him. This man served his country in the Army for 20-years with 7-deployments. I contacted Mr. [member name removed] and informed him we will not work for such people. I thought we had simply agreed to disagree, then I read this rating of our company. I guess I grade his people's treatment of an American Hero an "F" as well. We require our team to be respectful, honest, and nice... they deserve the same. You will never have better men and women working in your home and around your family than the Heroes that I am humbled to work with each day. Larry"
