They arrived at 9am, worked effectively, efficiently, keeping safety a sharp their priority. I’ve never seen trees come down so delicately before. It was fascinating to watch - almost like watching dancers. Not one piece of tree ever touched my lawn except for leaves. They kept cleaning up the lawn as they went and actually left it better looking than it has ever looked, despite needing to have their chipper in the middle of the lawn. The ground up most every they cut since most of the trees were diseased. The parts they could salvage were put on a big truck and carried away. After all was done take the trees down, another gentleman came by the house about an hour later to grind up the stumps. He left the grindings of the stumps, which we appreciated. We have some holes in our lawn from critters digging so we used the grindings to fill those holes. :) They have already absorbed into the ground. Side note, Lake Erie Tree Service was extraordinary and was the lowest of five bids we got (the highest was three times what Lake Erie did the job for!). The site manager said that they are contracted out by the City of Toledo during the winter. I can see why the City trusts them. I do too!
