Description of Work: Removed dead animal from difficult-to-reach area under concrete slab.

Description of Work: He covered up a whole where a birds nest had been. Cleaned it out and also caulked a few areas where he thought it would be a problem in the future. He went beyond what I asked him to do.

Description of Work: he told me that it would be around $175 and left 2 cages. said that after we get animal, he would cover the way they got in so more wouldn't enter attic. I paid him. he told me call when we hear trap or see animal in trap. I called and he came back to pick up 2 animals and charged me again!...for each animal! and when he told me amount he also said he left 2 MORE cages and didn't cover the hole and I would owe MORE when more animals were in the cages. I told him he was to cover the hole as he said he would and take those cages down and I was not going to keep this going and going til I'm bankrupt. He said there were more animals that needed to be caught. I said they could be coming from all over the neighborhood to go into his traps and I'm done.

Description of Work: Removed a bird from an hvac duct Ok Christmas Eve day. Very responsive and did a thorough check for points of entry.
