Did a good and reliable job.

I was especially impressed with technician Bob Burke who started off thanking us for choosing his company and then got right to work. He quickly found and then dug up the front lip of the septic tank and emptied it within 30 minutes. He was also quite helpful with tips on how to avoid future problems and even cleaned up around where he dug. He was even courteous enough to remove his shoes before coming into the house to check on the toilets. Overall a very nice guy and very professional!

This was my first experience with AAA Wastewater, and it was a great experience. Trudy in the front office was friendly and helpful in getting the inspection scheduled over the phone with me and in coordinating with the listing agent. She made it easy for me! Mark arrived in uniform & worked hard and diligently. Having never lived at a house with a septic system before, I had some questions and Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the system to me, what to do to maintain it, and what not to do to keep it healthy. He was careful about backing down the driveway so as not to drive on the stamped concrete border of the drive, and he put a towel under his truck in case of drips. Lastly, he was personable and a good communicator. I received the written inspection results report via email, which made it very simple too. I was very impressed, and I will definitely use AAA Wasterwater to service the system once we close on the house.

I found AAA Wastewater on a list that was provided to me by the Warren County Sewage Inspector - There were probably 20 names on the list that the inspector left for me. I reviewed Angie's List and saw that AAA Wastewater had a solid rating and I also wanted to use a company that was fairly close to my home in Lebanon. Called and talked to a nice young lady and she got us on the cleaning schedule right away. The man came out dressed in a AAA Wastewater uniform and my wife said that he was very helpful and informative. AAA has put us in their system for a call back 4 years from now for our septic system to be re-cleaned. Did a good job and we were happy with their service - would recommend them for other people to use in the future.

AAA was hired to do a septic tank inspection by someone considering my house for purchase. AAA cleaned my tank to allow a visual inspection. The hose connected to the truck leaked on my driveway. In cleaning of the mess, the driver caused damage to the asphalt. AAA inspected the damage and assumed full responsibility. They contracted with an asphalt company that repaired the damage. AAA's response and actions could not have been better. Based upon their professional response I will hire AAA to clean my septic tank in the future.

AAA sent two individuals out to see our system. Mark came out originally and looked at the system, advised me to inspect rear tank as well as front and inspected property for signs of septic malfunction (the property had Teralift aprx 10 years ago.) All indications were that the rear tank had not been inspected in "years." An agreement was made for Mark to return with a pump truck. Mark was not able to make the scheduled appointment but another person, Bob arrived as scheduled. Bob brought the old school septic know how; anyone who has an older septic system understands what years of experience is worth. We excavated the rear tank cover and inspected. Bob was able to offer several suggestions for existing situations (a problem with an existing baffle for example) pumped the rear tank and again inspected our sand pit area. There were no attempts to "upsell" me on unneeded services but I was given options for repairs or avenues we could take should future problems occur. AAA was very helpful, prompt, courteaous and I would call AAA for Bob's assistance should anything require septic services. An outstanding company.

Driver came to house. Truck was clean and in good working order. Driver was dressed in uniform, well groomed and presented himself in a very professional manner. opened tank lids and found that first tank was completely full of solids/debris. He needed a shovel to break up matter. Pump bothsides down to bottom of 1500 gallon tank. Cleaned out deverter box and due to amount of debris in tank recommend enzyme treatment to help brake down any matter that might have made it into the leach lines. Don't rely on the Warren county health boards inspection when purchasing a home with septic tank. Call a professional before purchase and make previous homeowner pump tank. WOuld highly recommend this company.

I called inquired and explained I thought I needed my septic system pumped out. The gentleman on the phone was very prompt and helpful. The service professional was on time and very good at what he did. Took his time to explain to me what he was doing, why and what I could do to prevent the need in the future. Very positive.
