Extremely professional group and very skilled. They took a difficult job and completed it quickly leaving all areas perfect.

My sump pump replacement was quick, they came much before the scheduled time, they accidentally broken my radon lid, didnt have any caulk with them, but did a good job on the actual sump, but I still have some more work after they were done

Very nice office staff. The guys who came out were early and called ahead. They were done quickly and they were very nice and personable.

Mr. Britton knew his business and thought the problem (a leak near my water meter in the front yard) was Blue Max plastic piping which disintegrates over time. Unfortunately he was right but the situation was fixed timely at a fair price. My three year old grandson certainly enjoyed watching the digging and the operator allowed him to work the controls on the backhoe under close supervision. Britton Plumbing is easy to deal with and explains things clearly.

Our washing machine quit on us after 24 years and the shut values were corroded and couldn't be shut off. I called another plummer to come out to switch out a washer box but they never showed up. After getting on Home Advisor I got a call from Britton Plumming at 8:15 am the next morning and the owner was here at noon to give me an estimate. Then he had his crew here the next morning at 8am switch out the washer box that took less than a hour. I was not sure if the problem was even going to able to be fixed all but they did a great job so I didn't have to tell my wife o well you don't have a washing machine anymore. Ken M., Monroe

I thought they were coming out to just quote the job. had one job in the kitchen and another in the master bath. as I took one guy to the bath the other one pull apart the kitchen. so I just thought it would be 1/2 an hour each and that turned out to be a $200 bill.

They installed a new washer box. The plumbers arrived on time for our appointment, and did a great job. They even went out of their way to get a part that was needed to finish the job. I would use them again great work.
