+ -1 moreHe kept working on the roof and saying he could repair different things. He just poured tar over everything and ended up ruining the roof. We had to get a sky light replaced and had another company to come in and do the work. He kept saying he needed more money to fix the roof, and we ended up paying as much for the repairs as it would've been for an entire new roof. Roy Ellis had his number disconnected, and we could never get in touch with him to attempt to recover the money. We ended up contacting the attorney general, and were advised to not spend any more money trying to recover what we already paid him.
Description of Work: We hired him to repair our roof. He started in June of 2009 and never ended up fixing the problem.
