Very well. On time, great fast work and good cleanup!

The overall experience was very good. We talked to them at a home show and then they came and gave the estimate. Shortly after that they completed the work . Their price was good and we had no complaints with them at all.

The guy who gave us the original estimate was punctual and friendly. He answered all our questions and wasn't the least bit high pressure. His estimate was less than the other one we got so he left with a down payment for the work. The work was done the following week. We replaced 6 basement windows with glass block. We got clear glass block so we could see outside at least a little bit. One guy did the whole job. It took him less than four hours. He was very courteous and fast and didn't get in our way at all. The only reason I gave them a B in quality is that the windows next to my desk are the ones I look through the most and those seem to have some minor but very noticeable and annoying scratches in them. The windows nobody looks through are fine.

I asked for this estimate in June and then just put off the work. They called me a couple times over the summer and no pressure asked if I was ready to do the work. Then they called in late summer and said they were having a price increase and would I like them to keep my pricing. I still stalled a couple of weeks before scheduling and they gave me my original price. I was asked to send in a deposit of $50. I wasn't here when they came for the estimate. It was sent promptly in the mail. I had a choice of two styles of block. They came right when scheduled for the installation. The worker was neat and efficient.

It was good. They were quick and did the job pretty good. They had competitive prices. They came when they said they would and it took about three or four hours and cleaned up afterwards.

I called and scheduled an estimate and they came within a week. Prompt and courteous. I did not feel pressured to sign then. I got other estimates and this was the best value. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and were professional, respectful of property, friendly and efficient. It didn't take any where near as long as they said, which was great. They look good and I would highly recommend them.

It's a beautiful job! It enhances the house. The guy that did the work was very professional. They had the best pricing. They cleaned up. I would recommend them to anybody.

THEY WERE THE BEST PRICED. THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT WAS PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. THEY DID HIGH QUALITY WORK FOR A GREAT PRICE.

The estimate was confusing. The workers cut through my phone line and didn't tell me. Since I had trouble the week before connecting online, I thought the DSL line was out again. Since I work from home I was unable to do my job for 4 hours. I had to wait for SBC to come and inspect all my phone lines. Had they told me, I could have twisted the lines back together and continued to worked while waiting for SBC.

They came out then never called back with an estimate or returned our multiple phone calls.

They came quickly to make the arrangements and came quickly to do the work. They were neat, did a good job, and we are very satisfied.

They did an excellent job of installation. They were fast and efficient, with no clean up required. I am very satisfied with the job. I would recommend to anyone.

Installer was punctual, professional, and diligent. Would definitely recommend for future work.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL! MY WINDOWS WERE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL AND BIGGER THAN MOST BASEMENT WINDOWS AND THEY DID A FINE JOB! THE CLEANED UP VERY WELL AND THE FINISHED WORK WAS GREAT.

THEY QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. THE WORKER WAS FAST, COMPLETE AND CLEANED UP WELL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB.

4 WINDOWS WERE $90/EACH, 1 WINDOW WAS LARGER THAN AVERAGE WAS $110, ANOTHER NEEDED 2 VENTS $175. FINAL PRICE INCLUDED TAX AND PERMITS. SHOWED UP AS PROMISED FOR WORK. COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CLEANED UP.

THEY CAME AT A CONVENIENT TIME FOR ME, BUT THE SALESMAN SEEMED TO BE IN HURRY AND WAS BARELY THERE 5 MINUTES - JUST ENOUGH TIME TO WRITE AN ESTIMATE. HE REALLY DIDN'T EXPLAIN THEIR PRODUCT TO ME. IT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATE I GOT.

JOB WAS OK, BUT CAULKING WAS SLOPPY, OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE COMMENTED ON PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID COME BACK AND CORRECT SOME ISSUES.

THEY DID A NICE JOB OF INSTALLING THE WINDOWS, BUT LEFT A LAYER OF DUST OVER EVERYTHING IN THE BASEMENT.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN. THE TWO INSTALLERS WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND KEPT ME ABREAST OF THE STATUS OF THEIR WORK. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH MY WINDOWS.

HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE AND EVEN CALLED TO LET ME KNOW, WHICH IMPRESSED ME. THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT (PATRICK) WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY, HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND PRESENTED MANY HELPFUL OPTIONS. HE ALSO GAVE ME AN OPINION OF WHAT I THOUGHT SHOULD BE DONE, WHEREAS OTHERS JUST TOLD ME "NO", AS THOUGH I WERE A STUPID WOMAN. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING HIM IN MY HOME AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH COMPETITORS. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ADEQUATELY. HOWEVER.... THE WORKMAN WAS SULLEN AND LEFT MY HOME WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT HE WAS LEAVING. LEFT BASEMENT A MESS, CLUMPS OF DIRT EVERYWHERE, INCLUDING ON A WOODEN DESK, CLOGGED A SINK AND SEWER, AND LEFT FLOOR THAT HAD JUST BEEN LAID, COVERED WITH DEBRIS. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP. A LOT OF DUST AND CEMENT CHUNKS WERE LEFT ALL OVER THE BASEMENT. IN ADDITION, THEY STEPPED ON AND BROKE A ROSE BUSH AND DAMAGED A GARDEN ORNAMENT.
