Called and left a message. Received response sooner than I had expected. I was at work and let them know the issue were having with a broken water line. Set up a time to meet at my house after I got off work. I was expecting to have to take off a day of work while repair was made. But they fixed the problem that day. Definitely saved them in my contacts to recommend if anyone needs a plumber

Steve was easy to work with and quickly schedule time to come out. He asked questions about the job, requested photos and gave an accurate description of what he would do to complete the job. Very satisfied with the work and service.

I was connected with Steve for a large wall microwave/oven in my cabinets. They arrived on time and both Steve and his helper were friendly and knowledgeable. They made the appropriate cutout that had to be made in the cabinet, and explained what they did throughout the whole process. Their price was fair and they were done in no time without sacrificing quality of work. Would definitely use Nemecs in the future.

Steve called us soon after we requested his service and we set up an appointment. We had a small problem but also a tricky one. Steve tried a number of possibilities and determined the fix. He then corrected the problem.

Steve was on time and installed my door in 3 hours. It appeared he installed it correctly. The door shut, everything shut correctly like it should have, however when we tried to install the storm door it would not close in one corner. We reordered a special order sized door to accommodate that opening and it closed but there were gaps at the top and bottom. We called Steve to have him evaluate his door frame install and he never came out to see what we thought was a frame installation problem. After 5 phone calls, an email, various text messages he had so many reasons for not coming out and just never made it out. Now he is saying he will not come out unless he charges me for a service call. This is ridiculous and he claims that the storm door will not go in because my husband did not install it right. Its just not true because I had two other contractors come out and they both said the frame isnt straight, its not square. The storm door will never go on straight. Im out $1100 at this point and still dont have a storm door. Ill probably be spending another $800 to remove the entry door and frame and re install it. I am hoping the storm door will fit like it should at that point. Do NOT use this contractor.
