Medina City told me the loud noises I heard was from my pressure reducing valve and it needed replacing. I called for estimates and Steve called me back within 10 minutes. He asked for pictures, which I texted to him, and gave me an estimate that beat the 3 other estimates I had. He told me he could come out to replace the valve in about an hour. He made that deadline and replaced the valve and put in a pressure gauge. The work was done in about 30-40 minutes and he showed me how to use the pressure regulator and he cleaned everything up before he left.
