Gambino 440 Builders LLC

The contract for the completion of the work was for the 27th of October as i was due to arrive from out of town. During the previous week or so the contractor continually stated that they were on schedule and things were progressing well. When i arrived, the job was about half done. It was mid morning and nobody was on location. The owner had stated they had their own dump trucks etc to haul of debris which did not seem to be the case. I called him and he came to the work site telling me he had a bad week etc. I spent the next week working alongside him and the occasional worker he would bring with him. One of which dropped his hypodermic needle in my living room floor. They want to work from noon until about four or five. I ended up having to pay for dumpsters to get the debris removed which was deducted from the payments due. Since i left on the 2nd of November there has been no word from him on another project i had given a down payment for and the dumpster company has called me asking if they can come get their unit as they cannot get in touch with them either. While nice people, i would highly recommend anyone seek a contractor elsewhere.
