I used the express option for an oil change - meaning no appointment necessary. Upon arrival they suggested I have them check all fuilds, suspension, brakes and rotate tires. Which I agreed to. We recently purchased the vehicle from this dealership and this is only the 2nd time we have been in for service. Everyone was very professional and polite. But, they are a volume dealership and I miss the more personal service of our other dealership (another brand).
Description of Work: Went in for oil change and tire rotation on a 2008 Honda Element.

They are very good. They are more pricey because they are a dealer. I feel like I get quality work any time I take my vehicle there.

Called for service appointment - got voice mail. They did not trouble to return my call. So unless dealer service is absolutely needed, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Very disappointed with level of service provided. I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership and had all of them serviced here in the past. I called ahead and scheduled to have my brake pads replaced. I brought the car in 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Service person greeted me and asked what I was here for. I told him I wanted my brake pads replaced. He replied "did someone tell you they needed replaced" I explained I have over 82,000 miles on the original pads and wanted them replaced as the brakes are starting to feel "soft" and I would be traveling over the holiday weekend. I also mentioned I needed 2 lights in my control panel replaced and my accessory plug outlet keeps blowing fuses and would appreciate them checking it out also. This was 5pm. He said it would be a few hours and took my cell phone # to call with an estimate on the replacement lights. My wife, daughter and I left to get dinner and run a few errands. We returned at 8pm and I checked in with the service rep. He asked if I had been using a phone charger in the accessory plug. I confirmed that I had and he explained that was probably the reason for the blown fuses. He asked to see the charger. I retrieved it from my wifes' car and sent them home so my daughter could get ready for bed since it was getting late. My understanding from the service rep was the car should be done soon. Imagine my surprise when I checked in again at 9pm only to find they had done NOTHING except replace the fuse to the accessory outlet. Four hours to replace a fuse! He said they could get the brake pads done in about an hour if I would be willing to wait. I asked why they hadn't done them before checking the electrical items since the main reason for my appointment was for the brakes. He said it was because he needed to give me the estimate before they could do any work. Realize they had my cell phone number and had NOT attempted to call me with the estimate for the lights OR with any estimate for the brake pads. The 1st mention of price was at 9pm. I wanted the pads replaced and knew they wouldn't be cheap- why would he need permission to do the work. I authorized it when I said I need new brake pads when I 1st arrived. I told him I work at in the medical field and I had to be at work at 6:30 am the next morning and didn't want to wait any longer. I asked for my car to be returned without any further work. They pulled it to the front of the building and told me there was no charge for replacing the fuse since I had waited so long. I called the dealership this morning and asked to speak to the service dept. manager. I was told he was on a test drive and would return my call when he returned. That was 5 hours ago and I have not heard back from him! I feel stuck. We purchased a service agreement on a new car from this dealer in February and are required to bring it back for service, but I'm not sure I will bring my older CRV back again since there are alternatives

Recently, the van made an unidentified "rattle" while driving at high speeds. The service technician really took the time to figure out what was going on and made an relatively inexpensive repair vs replacing an expensive part. I appreciated this time and effort.

Took my 2005 Honda CRV in 40,000 check-up; imagine my surprise when I was told 30,000 check-up was not performed correctly. Jim made extremely accurate notes for me to take to Hugh white Honda dealership (where 30,000 check-up was performed/not performed). Guess where I'm taking my car for service hereafter..

We spent about 20 minutes walking around the lot and even ventured into the showroom. My husband even sat in a couple of cars to check out leg room/head room. The entire time we were there, not one person greeted us, asked us if we need any assistance. I walked by the reception desk a couple of times and the receptionist didn't even look our way. We walked out and are in the process of purchasing a car from another dealership. We will never consider Immke again. They are a poor representative to a great automobile brand.

The tires were installed quickly and the additional maintenance was completed in approximately the time given in the pre-sale estimate. I'm totally satisfied with the results.

Immke Honda has performed most of the service on my '99 Accord over the years. I took it in for the scheduled 90,000 mile service this month. Their service representative saved me hundreds of dollars by checking my file and determining it had been performed early (at my request when a "warranty repair" was done over a year ago). The "warranty repair" is another positive story for Immke and Honda. An intermittent problem with the odometer that I had reported when my car was nearly five years old finally developed into a repeatable failure when the car was 7 years old and had been driven 75,000 miles. They referred back to my initial report and repaired it for free without hesitation! This company provides excellent service and they have great mechanics. I never have a problem with any repair/adjustment/etc., they make.
Description of Work: Routine maintenance service. Change oil and filter, replace brake light, check fluids and top off coolant. (Note: Original quote I requested was for much more expensive 90,000 mile maintenance. Immke Honda found that work had been done early and did only the needed routine maintenance).

Normally checking in is a decent experience with the person who writes up our report. This time I did not like how the person dealt with me. He did not greet me cheerfully, and while he was writing up the service, he kept getting phone calls while I was standing there waiting. I did not like being ignored while he was on the phone and I could not understand why it was taking so long for him to finish so I could go on to the waiting room. Several weeks later I was called for a follow-up survey, and I told the person how I had felt. The next day the customer service manager at Immke called me and wanted to hear what happened. He apologized, said this was a new person and that he would speak to him about taking phone calls while customers are waiting. He offered me a free oil change which he sent to me in the mail. Immke cares a great deal about customer service, and since our experiences there are usually very pleasant, we will continue to service our cars there.
Description of Work: We regularly go here to have our Hondas serviced. This time I went for service on my Honda because the maintenance minder came on for service "B", plus it was time for an oil change.

We love the extended hours offered by Immke. We dropped off our car the night before service was scheduled. Service was completed as expected and on time. The only complaint I had was when I dropped off the car I requested the service technicians look at the brakes as one was squeaking. Even though they said that they did, the brake still squeaked. It's been once or twice since then and the squeak is still there. No matter how many times I mention it, they keep saying nothing is wrong. Maybe there isn't anything wrong, but the squeak is driving me crazy!!!

The experience was OK. Salespersons did not talk to you unless they were bored. If they were busy you couldn't get anyone to help you. Price wise, the price they offered was not that great compared to other Honda dealerships. Bought a CR-V from other dealership.
