It was out of warranty to fix and they saved me a lot of money by speaking with Honda. Couldn't be more happy.

I had bought a package of Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and detail for 2013 Honda Civic when we purchased the car. So we have been taking the car into the dealer for this service. Three different times they have told us we needed new brakes. Each time we did not. This last time was really bad. Just about 6 months ago she took the car in for service and they told her she needed brakes that they were bad and needed to do something in the next few weeks. I had her bring the car into my shop and have one our Mechanic look at. She did not need brakes. This is were it gets sad. She took the car in about month or so ago for oil change and tire rotation. This time they said the brakes were fine and did not need anything done. We had not done anything to the brakes since it was there over 6 months ago. No idea how the brakes went from very bad to okay in 6 months. Sad thing this was not first time they tried to do this. I don't usually put this kind of stuff on line. But I sent the Service Manager and the Dealership Manager a letter about what happen and they did not even bother to respond. No call or letter back. Sad they tried to take advantage of a young woman. I would not recommend anyone take their car for service to them.

It was a great price. We've been going to them for years. I think it's a good customer discount. They do an excellent job. When we buy our new cars, we will go there again. It does not take very long. It takes 30 to 40 minutes I guess. They provide water and coffee. They run the car through the car wash.

They service our care. It cost zero dollars because I have one of their special things when I got the car. So, when we go for an oil change and all that we don't have to pay for it. We've been going there about 20 years. It hasn't been under the same ownership. We've always been very satisfied. They're very efficient, and they do a good job, so I never have to go back for anything.

It took an hour or an hour and fifteen minutes. I think just going over what they find in addition to the oil change. They check out other items on the vehicle. Brake ware, tire ware, what they other fluids look like. They just give an over all on your vehicle. I am very satisfied with them. Price varies. They keep you informed on what is needed next time. They do a good job on maintenance.

I would use them again. We have used them since we moved here.

I have a contract with my car so I didn't have to pay for it. I have been to them for a long time, they're really good. They are very reliable and knowledgeable on what they do and they make an effort to take care of you at the time that you need it.

I use Germain Honda for my auto service. It was probably around $3000. I was there last Fall in October of 2016. It was excellent service. There price is competitive.

I wasn't there, my husband took it. It was $140 for that particular maintenance type. We have been going there for the last 8 years and they are fine. They are always professional. They have only done maintenance and some repairs and it was always done well. I scheduled the appointment on Thursday and they had openings on Friday, I scheduled it for Saturday. you can schedule it on-line which is nice. The workers were nice and professional.

I would use them again, we have been using them for 8 years.

They are pretty good. They are very helpful. The price was fair. They are very efficient and, especially if you have Hondas, they are just really good. They can figure out what they need quickly and they can do the analysis quickly. The workers I came in contact with were great.

They did not have my size in stock. They went above and beyond to put on temporary blades until mine came in three days later.

Very professional as compared to another body shop in northern Dublin where I initially received an estimate. Kept me appraised as to the progress of repair, work completed was excellent and vehicle returned to me very clean. If I ever need body work again, I will immediately go here.

There was an crack in my windshield, and they took responsibility for the accident, and replaced my windshield. They provided me with an rental car, it was an easy process. They even replaced the glass with Honda glass, not an standard glass, and I was happy with that.

I will never ever go back there again. The salesman person I will give him a C, the paperwork an F. The salesman was ok but it was at the end and do all the paperwork and sign your life away it was a bad thing. We sat there forever waiting. Lots of guys walked by and one finally said can I help you and I was thinking we have been sitting here over an hour, that was not good. Then the guy was a little conscending then we chose not to spend $1600 in a guarantee and he was like I do not believe you and you mean you would not and it was like we were the two dumbest and the way he came at us with it I was very turned off. Do not make me feel stupid. Then we get the car and there was no gas in the car. One of the employees takes the car to get the gas and it was in rush hour. Everything that could have gone went wrong. I was insulted and never ever will I go back.

My very first exposure to Germain Honda's Service Dept today was not a good one. I called ahead of time to see if they could cut and program 2 new keys that I had for a CRV. Was told no problem and could easily have that done during my lunch hour. Based on that, brought in the two new keys and was told it would be about a half hour. After waiting for more than an hour, I checked to see what the hold up was with having the keys made. I was told they were having issues with the key less entry buttons not working on all 3 keys. Forty five minutes later, I'm told "ok you're all ready to go". I was relieved thinking everything was working, that is until I asked if the key less entry was also working. I'm then told that no it's not and they don't know why, but it won't work with any of the keys (even though it had been working before on the original). I'm also told that one of their best master Honda mechanics with 12 years experience had been working on it and could not get the key less entry buttons to work and that I'd have to make an appointment to bring it back in to have more diagnostics done to figure out the problem. Well, of course not happy with the situation and left disappointed. The REAL kicker is THIS ... I get back to work and go through the standard steps to program the key less entry buttons on the key while having the key in the ignition and in less than a minute I have the key less entry buttons working on ALL 3 keys. Difficult to understand how a master Honda mechanic with a dozen years of experience takes over two hours to work on a key less entry system and when he fails, Germain Honda tells the customer to come back to have the problem looked at further. How is it that a customer who's never owned a Honda fixed an issue in minutes when a master Honda mechanic took well over an hour and couldn't get it done?

I have an old car that needed a lot of work. It would have cost a lot of money to do it all. But Kevin worked with me to decide what was the most critical work to do now and what can be done at a later date. I have always trusted him.

The car started making and awful noise after they did the service and it turns out there was only 1 lug nut left holding the tire on. They did fix the issue but as this was the second time they had made a mistake with our cars I will not be going back to them.

I bought the car from this location about five years ago and have been using their services since. They have a shuttle service that will take me to work and pick me up when my car is ready. All of the people I have dealt with have been very responsive. I have had a very good experience with them.
