I had bought a package of Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and detail for 2013 Honda Civic when we purchased the car. So we have been taking the car into the dealer for this service. Three different times they have told us we needed new brakes. Each time we did not. This last time was really bad. Just about 6 months ago she took the car in for service and they told her she needed brakes that they were bad and needed to do something in the next few weeks. I had her bring the car into my shop and have one our Mechanic look at. She did not need brakes. This is were it gets sad. She took the car in about month or so ago for oil change and tire rotation. This time they said the brakes were fine and did not need anything done. We had not done anything to the brakes since it was there over 6 months ago. No idea how the brakes went from very bad to okay in 6 months. Sad thing this was not first time they tried to do this. I don't usually put this kind of stuff on line. But I sent the Service Manager and the Dealership Manager a letter about what happen and they did not even bother to respond. No call or letter back. Sad they tried to take advantage of a young woman. I would not recommend anyone take their car for service to them.

It was a great price. We've been going to them for years. I think it's a good customer discount. They do an excellent job. When we buy our new cars, we will go there again. It does not take very long. It takes 30 to 40 minutes I guess. They provide water and coffee. They run the car through the car wash.

They service our care. It cost zero dollars because I have one of their special things when I got the car. So, when we go for an oil change and all that we don't have to pay for it. We've been going there about 20 years. It hasn't been under the same ownership. We've always been very satisfied. They're very efficient, and they do a good job, so I never have to go back for anything.

It took an hour or an hour and fifteen minutes. I think just going over what they find in addition to the oil change. They check out other items on the vehicle. Brake ware, tire ware, what they other fluids look like. They just give an over all on your vehicle. I am very satisfied with them. Price varies. They keep you informed on what is needed next time. They do a good job on maintenance.

I have a contract with my car so I didn't have to pay for it. I have been to them for a long time, they're really good. They are very reliable and knowledgeable on what they do and they make an effort to take care of you at the time that you need it.

I use Germain Honda for my auto service. It was probably around $3000. I was there last Fall in October of 2016. It was excellent service. There price is competitive.

I wasn't there, my husband took it. It was $140 for that particular maintenance type. We have been going there for the last 8 years and they are fine. They are always professional. They have only done maintenance and some repairs and it was always done well. I scheduled the appointment on Thursday and they had openings on Friday, I scheduled it for Saturday. you can schedule it on-line which is nice. The workers were nice and professional.

They are pretty good. They are very helpful. The price was fair. They are very efficient and, especially if you have Hondas, they are just really good. They can figure out what they need quickly and they can do the analysis quickly. The workers I came in contact with were great.

Very professional as compared to another body shop in northern Dublin where I initially received an estimate. Kept me appraised as to the progress of repair, work completed was excellent and vehicle returned to me very clean. If I ever need body work again, I will immediately go here.

There was an crack in my windshield, and they took responsibility for the accident, and replaced my windshield. They provided me with an rental car, it was an easy process. They even replaced the glass with Honda glass, not an standard glass, and I was happy with that.
