Check up revealed that I needed new CV brake lines, rear wheel cylinder, & oil pan gasket. Five days later, I had to return to get a new distributor when my car stalled on the highway.

Price was well below what I expected, at $76/hr for labor, I feared a price twice as high as the final amount. Shuttle service in the morning was quite slow.

Overall, it was a fairly easy experience and I am happy with my vehicle. I was disappointed at the documentation fees and other charges that the dealership adds to the bill. (I'm guessing this is how they make their money when they're giving you a lower sales price on a vehicle). I did my financing through them as well (not a very good idea on my part, because they charged me a $175 loan origination fee for a loan through Chase Bank. Had I gone directly to Chase, the fee would only have been $75). Going to the dealership twice for the bodywork was a hassle, but Joe provided me with a loaner car and tried to accommodate me the best he could. Since I bought the car I've noticed the transmission seems to surge somewhat, and I hope that they will be responsive in dealing with this issue since the car is warranted under their Certification Program. I will report on this in the near future.

No complaints. It was done when they said it would be and even washed our car for us.

The service department worked us into its schedule and performed the service the same day. Immke's service rep. was helpful, answered all of our questions, and promptly took or returned our telephone calls. The initial diagnostic fee ($45.00) was waived, since we had them repair the Accord. Our only gripe (if you want to call it a gripe), that the labor rate for what we perceived as a fairly easy repair. However, we were pleased with the service and attention we received, and we would consider using Immke again.

I was pleased with Immke's ability to have evening appointments. They handled every thing in one appointment and called promptly when the work was done.

I thought it was wonderful they wouldn't do any unneeded work.

The salesperson, Garrett, was not very knowledgeable and very unprofessional. We were quoted one price and once we agreed to go forward with the lease, he told me that no cars with the features offered at the quoted price were available. To lease a car, we were told we would have to increase our price per month. The features on the more expensive car were not at all important to us. He told us he would call us when the plates came into the dealership, so we could pick them up. The day before the temporary plates expired, I had to call and find out where my plates were. When I asked why we were not called when the plates arrived, the salesperson we dealt with told me he had tried to call me. In fact, no calls showed up on my caller i.d. and no messages were ever left on my voice mail. I was not at all impressed with the transaction and would not purchase another Honda at Immke.

Purchase was very much a yo-yo process. Car was promised within three days, but wasn't delivered for more than two weeks. Claim was continually that Civic is "hottest car around". Note that we didn't ask for the three day commitment, they just gave it. Finally, car was delivered as requested.

Overall it was a good experience. Immke uses an aggressive fluid change schedule but changing transmission fluid at 30K was probably worthwhile on this year's model since there was a recall on transmission cooling (recall changes were made at 20K). Brake fluid is recommended for every 3 years and the car was approaching that number.

We've owned 7 Hondas. 5 of them have been bought at Eimkee and we always use them for service. They are great and we'll continue to have them service our cars. I've actually gone to them thinking I need something done and they'll let me know that I can wait a few more months so they don't try to convince me that I need something when I don't.

We were searching for a new Honda Civic and their sales men promised us a specific price on the new vehicle and for our trade-in, only to have them renege on the deal, when we returned to sign the paperwork. They were very dishonest and disrespectful and we would never purchase a vehicle from them. We ended up buying the vehicle at a different dealership.

We arrived at Immke and prepared to purchase an Odyssey. We were not even greeted much less helped in the one hour that we spent there looking for a salesperson. This is the second poor experience we have had at Immke, and will not attempt to do business there again.

WORK WAS PERFORMED ON A HONDA PILOT. THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT, QUICKLY, AND ON TIME AS PROMISED.

NO APPOINTMENT, DRIVE-IN. THEY'RE COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, AND DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A REBATE FORM TO SEND IN AND I'LL GET BACK A COUPON FOR $5 ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE.

HAVE USED FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. CONSISTENTLY GOOD, RELIABLE SERVICE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ON AUGUST 1, 2005, I CALLED ABOUT A SERVICE ISSUE WITH MY 1999 HONDA ACCORD, WHICH I PURCHASED NEW FROM IMMKE. I SPOKE TO MIKE GORDON, WHO IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER. GORDON WAS EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AND USED PROFANE LANGUAGE. HE HUNG UP ON ME DURING OUR CONVERSATION.

I PLACED AN INTERNET ORDER THROUGH CARS DIRECT.COM LATE AT NIGHT AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM THE NEXT MORNING. WE LEFT THE CAR LOT WITH A GREAT CAR AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

OUR SALES REP, BILL MESSICK, WAS A VERY LOW-KEY, KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN. WE BOUGHT AFTER A HAIL-STORM SO WE KNEW WE WERE GETTING A DAMAGED CAR AT A BIG DISCOUNT. BILL WORKED HARD TO HELP US PICK THE VAN WITH THE RIGHT FEATURES. HE WAS HELPFUL IN EXPEDITING THE SALE. HE WAS THE BEST SALESMAN WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

THE USED CAR MANAGER, IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY'RE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND HAD JUST WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPOKE WITH TONYA, AND SHE WAS THE FIRST ONE TO GIVE ME THE LOWEST PRICE AT THE LOWEST RATE. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE I FOUND ANOTHER PLACE WITH A LONGER WARRANTY.

HAD READ PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REPORTS REGARDING AUTO PURCHASES AT IMMKE AND WAS RELUCTANT TO SHOP THERE. HOWEVER, WITH ONE MINOR EXCEPTION, THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT, QUICK, AND ALL EMPLOYEES SEEMED EAGER TO PLEASE. THE EXCEPTION WAS THAT WE WERE IMMEDIATELY TOLD THAT TO PURCHASE THE MODEL WE WANTED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST. WE WERE GIVEN THE IMPRESSION THAT NO PRICE NEGOTIATION WOULD BE POSSIBLE. WHEN THE SALESPERSON AND MANAGER REALIZED WE HAD NEGOTIATED A LOWER PRICE AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, WE WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SIMILAR PRICE, AND OUR CAR ARRIVED WITHIN A WEEK. THIS EXPERIENCE LEADS ME TO QUESTION THE EXISTENCE OF A WAITING LIST! ARRIVE PREPARED AND BE AWARE THAT DEALER WILL TRY TO SELL A PAINT PROTECTION PACKAGE. HOWEVER, THE PAINT PROTECTION PACKAGE WAS A SOFT SELL. OVERALL EXPERIENCE VERY POSITIVE.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALER.

THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRICES AND THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED PURCHASE AGREEMENT. THE SALES MANAGER WAS BELLIGERENT, RUDE DEFENSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL THROUGH OUT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER SHOP THERE.
