Poor experience all around. I felt confident when I first spoke with Scott, the owner that my TV mount would be done to my satisfaction. I asked that the wires be hidden in the wall, and if that were not possible, that wire covers were used for a neat presentation. I was not present for the installation, my boyfriend was. I came home to a crooked television (he did not bother to check if it was level) and wires running to a surge protector sitting on my mantle. Not a pretty picture! Also, technician charged us an extra $75 service fee that was not in the original quote. I have called Scott 3 times, and have heard no response. Needless to say I am very disappointed and would never recommend this company!

Prompt service. Nice clean install. Completed the work quickly and neatly. Ended up being a little more than originally quoted (only $25 more), but they reused the old satellite mount on the house for the antenna. Even hauled the old satellite away.

Excellent customer service. Very efficient. Fixed my problem without replacing my roof antenna. At 73 years old, sometimes I need a little bit more patience and Jeff was very patient with me.

The workman Jeff, was very courteous and did a fantastic job.
