They got the job done in a day and a half. They are kind of high price wise, but they are efficient. They were easy to work with. They did have to come back out to fix a problem. They were professional.

Wednesday night our water heater died, and we called and left a message that night. We got a prompt call back, and they were at our house the next morning taking out our old water heater, and advised us on the options for a new unit. Very informative, and didn't pressure us into anything, let us pick what we wanted/needed for our house. The installation was neat, timely, and efficient.

Our well-pump quit working in the morning, so we no longer had running water in our house. I called Mark's Plumbing right away. Mark and his crew were at our house within an hour. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem (a faulty well-pump). Mark's crew worked outside in a snowstorm with wind-chills near 0 degrees. They were able to replace the well-pump quickly, and we have not had any problems since. They also took the time to show us the part of the old well-pump that was broken. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT AND THE WAY WE WANTED IT TO BE. THEY DID A WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND DID NOT WASTE TIME AND EFFORT MESSING AROUND.

I HAVE USED MARKS PLUMBING THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH EACH EXPERIENCE. HE IS QUICK AND GETS RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS TO GET THINGS DONE. I THINK THAT HIS PRICES ARE FAIR.
