The service was efficient and timely!

I was not at the home when repairs were done, but I received a photo after. The repair was to a hose bib on the outside of the house. Everything seems to be adequate, but I will find out from my property manager if it is not. I would highly recommend Eco Plumbers based on the interaction I had with office staff and their follow up.

There is a set price of about $90 for every service which is much too high for yearly maintenance such as flushing the water tank, cleaning out a faucet trap that is not clogged, and replacing old washers on a faucet when I have all the parts. A toilet flipper was replaced so the water was turned off for awhile until the maintenance was completed. I told the technician that there was air in the pipes probably due to this. Service was completed in less than 20 min. and there was still air in the pipes. I took care of that easy solution to the problem.

The plumbers were very customer oriented, making sure that I understood what they were doing and why. The office staff were friendly and helpful.
