Dale was a great value for the dryer issue I was having. Was not familiar with my dryer model, but was able to pull up maintenance manual and work his way through the fix.

Unblocking a drain (blocked by tree roots) turned out to be more extensive than anticipated. Mr Humphrey did a great job, came back to take care of some water heater issues caused by the silty water on the basement floor. He also gave me some great advice on any future blockage problems.

Had a 9 am appointment he never showed so I called him and he showed at noon. Would have been nice to have receive a phone call telling me he was running late. He also does give a veteran discount.

Mr. Humphrey was a wonderful man who did a good job on my freezer.

Our toilet was draining very slowly. Dale tried the usual techniques but the problem remained but instead of giving up and referring us to a sewer drain outfit he had a hunch that there was some kind of object stuck in the toilet itself but that his eel couldn't extract. He tried a rather innovative trick and out came the object which was a toilet paper holder spindle! And then he charged us a very modest amount for his efforts. Dale rules!

Mr. Humphrey came to our home to fix the washer and clean the dryer vent. Upon his completion of the two, I found out he was certified to fix HVAC and plumbing as well. Our A/C was out. I asked him if he could fix that as well. He fixed our A/C for a very reasonable price which another HVAC company told us it was non-repairable and we needed a new unit. Now that it's warm our home is cool and our washer and dryer is working efficiently. Thanks Mr. Humphrey for taking the chaos out of our life. I want to keep him as our personal repairman for the future. Very satisfied.

Worker was professional and friendly. When repair involved more than expected, the worker adapted , had the parts, and finished the job charging a very fair price. We will call him again when needed.

I had a bathroom sink that was severely clogged and a broken garbage disposal. The repairs were done efficiently, the installer was professional, and the price was right. I will definitely use this plumber for future projects.
