I can't say enough good things about Bane. First, he was by far the most competitively priced option and his quote was all inclusive. Second, the job ended up being a little more complicated than anticipated, and he didn't come back and try to raise the price, he just took care of it. Third, Bane was really easy to work with and kept me informed throughout. I am very pleased. Seriously, if you need HVAC maintenance, repair, installation, or whatever, call Bane. I'm usually at least a little disappointed with service these days, but Bane is pretty unique in his helpfulness. I used Bane when I need a new furnace and air conditioner a couple of years ago (I found him here on Home Advisor, but didn't write a review at that time). He was very competitively priced (way under competitor and about even with a place that isn't in business anymore), but what made me choose him was the time that Bane spent going through and helping me understand my options. During install, some small issues came up with my chimney and Bane just took care of it without trying to gouge me. Recently, I was having trouble with my AC at a new home and I texted Bane and he tried to walk me through it myself. He ended up having to come out in the evening, again without gouging me with an off-hour service charge. I like being able to say "I have a guy" for stuff (like my car, or plumbing). Bane has become my guy for AC. He will take care of you and make sure stuff gets done. And, you can trust that he will be around to back up his work years down the road or if you need to text him for help with the next issue.

I "hired" the above-named person to do the work on my central air unit but he has not yet started the work due to the unusual cold weather and specific problems related to the work But the young man was extremely polite, knowledgeable and appeared quite capable---as well as quoting me a VERY fair price. As soon as I am able, I Will call him to do the agreed-upon work and I am sure I will be quite pleased with it and will be glad to recommend him to others. We were very pleased with Mr. Martinov. Our control panel shorted out and he had to go to Cleveland for a replacement. We couldn't have him come until 3;00 and he accommodated our time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what and why he was doing each step. We will have him back to service our AC too.

Bane showed up on time for the proposal and for installation too. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about the products offered; the inspector came by after the furnace and a/c installation and stated this was the best work he has ever seen. Everything was up to code. We followed up with Bane and are going to purchase the protective cover as well for the a/c unit. This had to be the best positive experience we have ever had with a furnace purchase! Thank you so much.

If you do not hire this company to service your heating and cooling needs you are CRAZY!!!!! Mr. Martinov was lightning fast to respond to our needs and completed the job very quickly. They installed my new furnace and AC unit in one day! The work was excellent! Mr. Martinov was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was done. He was very respectful and careful to do the job in an efficient and clean manner. His customer service was first rate and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. Went very smoothly, he was very concerned to provide as little interruption as possible during installation, did it efficiently and was pleasant. Everything worked out very well, was very pleased.

The guy did a great job. He came when he said he would, and did the evaluation and repair in same day. His work was very thorough and he explained everything he did.

I actually had this company replace my furnace. Everything he told me he was going to do, he did. He is by far a good guy. I feel very comfortable about the job he did. I am going to hire this company in the spring to do my A/C unit. I had several quotes for this job. He explained everything in detail. The previous companies did not explain what there were going to do, other than replace my furnace. I have 2 kids under the age of 2. I choose to spend the extra money on the furnace and his company. To all the people out there I am writing this to let you know that this company does a great job.

This guy worked very hard to make sure that everything was working properly. Our install was not normal but he took the time to make sure that everything was ok. He is very professional and takes a lot of pride in what he does. We are very happy with his service.

The first time Bane came out to give us an estimate for a new furnace, he took the old furnace apart to look at its integrity, and showed me two cracked heat exchangers. After putting the furnace back together, he wrote a very detailed estimate for our options of repair and replacement. His customer service has continued to be outstanding. I would recommend Martinov.

Martinov did an excellent job replacing our furnace. He was on time for our repair appointment, diagnosed the faulty blower motor and condensor unit, and gave me several options. We decided to have Martinov replace the furnace after two other quotes. Again, he was punctual and completed the installation in 1/2 day. No inconvenience - he even scheduled the inspection. The new installation looks great and works great. 100% happy.

We did not have heat pump repair. He installed whole house central air in a home with no existing ductwork. he did a fabulous job - no mess, no inconvenience. we were looking into a much less efficient cooling system, and Bane told us about options we didn't know we had. They did an awesome job & I highly recommend them. I wish I had more things to hire them for!
