Description of Work: I had to replace a very large casement window which had rotted. The crew was early, protected my carpeting, and were fast and efficient, and very friendly. The window was finished perfectly, with new vinyl surrounding the new window, and the window was converted to a custom-made double hung, in the same style as the crank out casement windows on the rest of the house. I will definitely continue to use them as I intend to, eventually, replace all of the large wood casement windows in my living and family rooms. They even saved my cat from running out of the front door! Above and beyond - I could not recommend them more.

Description of Work: Joe's office called immediately after I scheduled through Angie's list and came the next day to give me an estimate. He measured and assessed what type of replacement storm we needed. He said he would call with a price. Two weeks have passed. If they didn't want the job, they should have called and stated that.

Description of Work: Replaced four windows in my sunroom. We have used the same window company to replace most of the windows in our home over several years. The workers are always prompt and take care to protect my floors and furniture while doing the work. Quality of workmanship is always good as well.

Description of Work: Joe, Mike and Tom did a wonderful job. The windows have significantly reduced the fluctuation of temperature in my place. I was amazed at the difference from my old windows. I planned to replace one window that had lost its seal and fogged up. The price Joe quoted me was the same price that I paid to have another window the same size replace 10 years ago! So, I told Joe to replace all 3 windows that were original (20 years old). While Joe and the guys were here my neighbor called to get my thoughts and I told her I would highly recommend CUYAHOGA FALLS REPLACEMENT WINDOWS INC! She told me to have Joe call her and give her a quote. Joe went right over and she bought windows, too! I would highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking for new windows!

They provided me with a big list of all the jobs they had ever done. I was very impressed with them and I really liked them. I was not around when they came out for the quote, but my husband was very impressed. I think they are all I am looking for in a company. I feel very good about this company and I would recommend them. So far, they have taken care of everything and I am very happy with them. Installation of 12 windows was performed over a three day period. The two person crew was friendly but business-like. They took the time to explain things and answer questions. Work was done in an organized manner which minimized the disruption. Workmanship is excellent. They took care to work neatly and clean up after. The company was excellent about communicating with us concerning the job schedule and paperwork. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows Inc. gave me an estimate for windows. Price was per window with no extra charge for time on site. Old windows were removed and taken away. Replacement windows were installed in the existing openings, caulked and trimmed inside and out. Fine caulking was done to seal the trim against the inner frame and sills. All work is very neat and well crafted.

Description of Work: Cuyahoga Falls gave us an estimate for 13 new windows. It came to $550 per windown including labor.

+ -1 moreThey are my favorite company. They will do any window you need. They never ask any questions. They just fix the windows. I probably would pick them as the best company. The last time I had called them, they fixed a broken window. They came out and adjusted it. They put in new hardware and did the job. Their price depends on the size of the windows they work on. They charge $250 for a standard window. I have never had any problems with their prices. I?ll call them in case there is something wrong with my windows, since they fixed them for me. I?ll continue using them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows. I have purchased replacement windows from them for the past 40 years. The last time I used them was for two big, front corner windows, five months ago. In the past, they put in a window upstairs.
