It went well. They gave us the landscape designs, although we did not end up choosing them to perform the installation because their prices were twice as much as the provider we ended up using.

The finished product is just beautiful and the pavers were installed meticulously. Everyone was very professional. We are happy with the results.

We have used Winnscapes on several projects, and always choose to go back to them. They come out quickly and promptly provide design ideas. Installation has never taken more than a few weeks to schedule.

Worked primarily with Carl. He was prompt in providing status, returning calls, and was very professional. Tom provided a great design and accommodated minor changes as requested. Jeff was the on-site foreman and was exceptional. He executed the plan as designed, updated us on progress and answered our questions, and the site was cleaned at the end of each day. The project took about a week to complete, just as had been estimated, and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. Working with these folks was an excellent experience.

The retaining wall looks great, but I have concerns about the seeding. I don't think they put down enough seed, and the mulch the put on top to keep it in place and moist is very very scant. The project manager and I have been back and forth on this and can't come to an agreement. He says the work is guaranteed, but I question how I will get them back out here once the bill has been paid. As this is a fall planting, I won't see full results until spring. All the work was not done completely, and I have had to call them twice to remind them to come finish. I don't know if I would use them again.

I have dealt with this company for five years. They are very conscientious and take pride in doing a good job. You can depend on them checking your satisfaction during and after the work. They are a great company to do business with.

They came out to inspect it within an hour after I called and agreed that the stones needed to be re-installed to drain properly. As soon as the rain stopped they were back to fix it in less than a day. Now it's perfect! They cost a little bit more, but the service is worth it.

I had to chase them several times after multiple initial problems with the job. After receiving assurances that we would have the lawn we were promised, it didn't happen. The bid included edging, which hasn't happened to this day, though they've had our money for a year. To add insult to injury, Director of Operations Carl Morris refuses to answer repeated phone messages. Buyers beware!

Molly Mount is our contact person, and she is extremely knowledgeable about plants, trees, stone, and things such as erosion control, etc. She is very ''hands on'' and can often be found working alongside the guys who are doing the clean-up or planting. She is very responsive and always answers our questions thoroughly. She is very good at taking into account our preferences while making suggestions on what to plant.

We were initially impressed with Carl Morris and Winnscapes. He spent quite a bit of time with us discussing our needs, and options (2 visits), and sent an initial, very detailed estimate for the lawn work. But after the second visit we never heard from him again, despite two follow-up calls from us. If they had decided they did not want to take on the other job, it was very disappointing that the company was not courteous enough to let us know as we were holding off on getting other estimates thinking we would likely have them do the work.

WINNSCAPES IS GREAT TO WORK WITH, AND IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS. I HAVE USED THEM MULTIPLE OCCASIONS FOR LANDSCAPE, TREE REMOVAL, AND LAWN TREATMENT.

ANOTHER IMPRESSIVE JOB! UNBELIEVABLE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, FROM INITIAL ESTIMATION OF WORK TO EXECUTION OF THE JOB. NOTHING WAS OVERLOOKED AND THEY MADE AN EFFORT TO MAKE ME AWARE OF THE SCOPE OF THE WORK AND THE TIMING, NOT ONLY INITIALLY, BUT THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. RECEIVED UNEXPECTED FOLLOW-UP VISIT. THEY EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW TO BEST INSURE THE GROWTH OF THE NEWLY SEEDED AREA, THEY EVEN RESET THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM. A TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, PROVIDING EXCELLENT WORK, AND DEDICATED TO WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
