 + -1 moreThey were wonderful to work with. We went to their store to explore and they took the time to teach us about the latest technologies in energy efficient lighting. We went home and took an inventory, then returned to purchase several cold cathode bulbs. They have bulbs that can be used in applications where compact flourescents do not work. We were so happy with the amount of time they spent with us to answer our questions and find the best solutions for our needs.
Description of Work: They helped me understand areas I could improve energy efficiency in my home.

energy audit
 + -1 moreI purchased a gift certificate in December 2008 at a fund raiser for a local non profit that Wattworks provided to the non profit. Don Hall of Wattworks visited my home in early January 2009 to audit my home and promised an energy audit report within 2 week. Ten weeks, 4 phone contacts, and multiple contacts from the non profit later, Wattworks and Don Hall have miserably failed to produce what they promised.
Description of Work: The services performed were a review of my energy bills and a survey of my house, appliances, and energy consumption practices. The end product was to be a report of energy consumption and how I could decrease my energy consumption. They never produced the report.
