Description of Work: We first met with Larry in November 2010. We made a deposit on his proposal in March 2011. We met with him again in April before he started the project. The project included concrete demolition of an old sidewalk and patio; building a new wood stairway entrance to the back door, and installation of a clay brick patio. Larry is very congenial and explains exactly what he is going to do. His work is first rate and he works very efficiently. He came in under the original proposed price, and adjusted the final price accordingly.

 + -1 moreWHEN I FIRST GOT THEIR PRICE I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH. HOWEVER ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH THE RESULTS AND THE AMOUNT OF THEIR WORK. THREE OF THEM WORKED FOR 2.5 DAYS. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHIG THAT WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED. IF THEY HAD A WORKING SUGGESTION, HE WOULD CONSULT WITH US FIRST. I LIKE THAT KIND OF COMMUNICATION.
Description of Work: THEY WEEDED, PRUNED BUSHES AND DEAD WOODED TREES, EDGED FLOWER BEDS, MULCHED SEVERAL LARGE AREAS AND CREATED AN NEW AREA, RE GRADED AN AREA FOR DRAINAGE CONTROL .
