The Waterman

We've experienced excellent water and great service from The WaterMan since 2011. This was the year we needed to rebed the whole house filter, and I was pleased that the price for the new one remained the same. David arrived on time, wore a face mask per COVID guidelines and sanitized before he left.

Everything went smoothly, from making the appointment to having the service performed.

I ordered it from him direct. He actually came out to the house and whatnot. It was a fantastic experience. I would recommend them again. He was responsive to questions right away. He provided multiple options. And provided a lot of information to help me decide between them.

Water is very much improved in many ways.
We did have one small drip which he came back to fix quickly.

Doug does a wonderful job at a very reasonable price, and the water quality for the whole house is excellent!

Excellent product. Water tastes terrific. Better than bottled water. Only about $800 for a whole house system. Best d vision we ever made. Everyone should have one of these systems. Was told Columbus has over 256 chemicals in it's water. This system eliminates many of them & chlorine too.

Doug was very thorough when he came to review our situation and the installation of the filter was completed very professionally. We have only been using the system for a short time but we are very happy with the end result. We highly recommend The Waterman if you have a iron and sulfer issue with your well water. Doug is honest and can be trusted to fix your problem.

When I called Waterman to ask questions about the best system for our home that would provide clean filtered water, Doug seemed very knowledgable about water softeners and filtering systems. We wanted a system that would not include salt in our water, but not be so expensive as a whole house reverse osmosis system would have been. Doug believes in providing his customers with healthy clean water. He installed a fibersorb system that combats calcium deposits which we had and also a carbon filter that filters out most all pesticides, chemicals from our well water. It's only been in two weeks and already our filter from our well showed debris which is obviously dirt and/or sand that is being brought up from our well which means we need to get a filter in our well. We would not have known this otherwise. He was more than willing to come out and change out the filter he had put in only two weeks ago.

Responsive and full of helpful tips to resolve my issue. Did not charge for the visit nor for the advice even after I expressed willingness to pay for his time.

Doug came over to assess my water and how the pipes are arranged, then recommended the correct size filter for our house. Turns out the smallest filter works fine for us. We set an installation date, where Doug installed and tested the filter. We had a slight problem, which Doug came over right away to take care of. I am a totally satisfied customer!

WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SYSTEM'S OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY DOUG. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND THOROUGH. HE ALWAYS GOES "ABOVE AND BEYOND" TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE EXAMPLE OF HIS SERVICE IS THE OFFER TO COME TO YOUR HOME TO REPLACE THE PREFILTER ON THE UNIT THROUGHOUT THE LIFE OF THE UNIT AT NO CHARGE (A VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD 3-MINUTE OPERATION THAT IS EASILY DONE BY THE HOMEOWNER ABOUT ONCE EVERY 3-4 MONTHS). ANOTHER IS THE FACT THAT HE PROVIDES A CREDIT ON REPLACEMENT TANKS FOR EVERY MONTH PRIOR TO THE 2-YEAR GUARANTEE IF THE FILTER TANK NEEDS REPLACEMENT PRIOR TO THE 2-YEARS. HE IS ALWAYS ONTIME AND RESPONSIVE TO CALLS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WATERMAN TO EVERYONE.
