The technician, Jeff, came out both times. He was prompt and professional. He did a great job of installing both TVs as he concealed all wires and attached the proper frames to the wall to hold the TVs. Both look fantastic and I would highly recommend Jeff and The Theater People.

Could not have gone better. They ran into some issues due to the age of the TV but they brought in extra help and were able to complete the work to my satisfaction. I found them open, helpful, and friendly. I have already recommended them to others. They called me before hand and indicated what options I had as far as getting power and concealment of the wires. They offered a wire channel as the least cost alternative. I believe it was under $30 and it looks GREAT! I could not be happier with the service or the people. Great Company

Very professional install team. We have a 90 year old house w plaster walls and had to wire stuff thru the attic and down a wall. Took the estimated amount of time for a competitive price. Cleaned everything up and were cautious about their work. Would highly recommend. Office staff is also great with scheduling, confirmation, and follow up.

Jeff did an excellent job on pre-wiring my whole home theatre system for my basement and also took time hanging up our big screen tv over our fireplace. Jeff and the whole team ( right from calling to Lauren and scheduling the service) was very professional, cleaned up very nicely and I would highly recommend his services to others. There is no doubt that these guys are the best in town for home theatre setup.

Everything from beginning to end was very positive. I called & scheduled to get appt for an estimate to mount 2 TV's. Lauren was able to schedule an appt for 4/12 at 9AM and she let me know that Jeff would be the technician coming out. Jeff was punctual arriving right on time. I showed Jeff where I wanted TV's. He went over the options with me (concealing wires), answered all my questions & more. Later same day Jeff e-mailed me an estimate for each TV. One for TV mounting over a fireplace with wires concealed in the wall & the other estimate was for a TV mounted on a basement wall with cable covers. After deciding to proceed we scheduled installation for 4/20. Once again Jeff was right on time & got right to work. Jeff asked our opinion when it came to height of mount, how we wanted the wire covers run from basement TV. Again Jeff knows his stuff so we always got his opinion. Jeff was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing to find a company with outstanding customer service, and performed the work as advertised.

All went well. I did however go over the (2) hours and had to pay extra $100.00. The Job was not that simple and took longer.

Jeff and Randy were the techs on the Job. I had a last minute change up to the plan (add network cabling) that had to be done before drywall went up the next day. They bent over backwards to make it happen. Poor planning on my part, excellent service and assistance on theirs. They will be back to button it all up and do the setup when the basement finishing is complete. Glad I found them. Price reflects the initial Job (Prewire). *Update* - Jeff and Randy returned for phase II. Couldn't be happier. I have had them for 2 full days between prewire and button up and created a lot of work for them. They were on point and happy to assist each time. I Couldn't be happier. Everything looks and works great. They are my absolute go to recommendation for anything A/V related you may not want to do yourself.

I had purchased a Big Deal for $149 Professional TV Mount Installation with Wire Concealment, and Bonus Mount Included. Jeff arrived right on time and did a great job. He suggested for a cleaner look that he could install an outlet at the location of the TV. I chose to have that done for an additional $100. He went above and beyond to help make sure that an additional tube TV was connected to the cable network. I would not hesitate to use this service provider again.

My appointment time was at 12:30 but given a delay with the previous appointment, Jeff wasn't able to show up until close to 2:30. This was my only frustration. With that said, once Jeff arrive he hit the ground running and everything went extremely smooth. Jeff was beyond professional and worked quickly. He talked me through everything he was doing and went the extra mile to talk me through how to navigate everything once it was hooked up. We are extremely happy with the finished look.

Well. 100 year old house and they ran into lots of unexpected issues handled with care and transparency. Fixed issues with original installer...

He arrived on time and got right to work. He was able to change some things to make my set up more user friendly. He organized the maze of cables behind the cabinet so that cleaning under there will actually be possible. Most importantly, he showed me how to manage the new setup.

We liked them so well we hired them again. We had them come back in a couple of weeks. We found out there was much more that we wanted to be done. They were awesome. No problems at all.

Scheduling was easy, and the service was performed on-time, quickly, and professionally. The installer took care to make sure everything was perfectly level and centered. He also ensured that all of the cables were neatly tucked away. Both the person on the phone and the installer were very friendly and helpful. The installer even took time to respond to my young daughter's unending questions and comments while he worked. The Theater People do nice work, and they're nice to work with.

The service itself was great. I initially ordered a $79 deal for a simple mounting -- the price was bumped up (which I agreed to) for hiding the wires in the wall. Worth it to me, and they did a nice job with everything. I would certainly use them again.

I had lots of questions for Laura before scheduling. She was very friendly and helpful as we corresponded through email. Jeff was promt, friendly, and had great suggestions. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for TV mounting hiding the wires. We had a new curved TV we wanted on the wall in the living room without messy cables all over. I scheduled the Theater People through Angie's list and they responded immediately. I thought $79 was pretty cheap for this service and found this was true. New outlets had to be put in behind the TV along with holes cut into the wall to run the electrical wiring to these outlets. Then those holes had to be patched. That was most of the cost. Jeff, our installer, was in our home for approximately 5 hours. He was very meticulous about his work and I was impressed. This is a smart TV and was not connecting. He was on the phone with Samsung support for awhile trying everything to get the internet connected. It came down to contacting the cable company and solving the issue with an "extender." I would recommend this company to anyone. It was a beautiful job. Jeff even offered to paint the patched holes. Good people!

The install was difficult due to the house construction which resulted in several cross bars between the studs in the wall. The team was able to navigate the cross bars and install the speaker wires. There was a snag when one of the installer accidentally pulled the cable through the wall and back out the basement and had to start over. The team also provided good advice in the placement of the ceiling speaker as well as helping cut the rough-out install holes. Overall the team did a good job.
