Adam and Jeff were awesome. I will definitely contact these guys and their company if I have any more problems or have trouble connecting a subwoofer I plan on purchasing in the future. They wrote down the steps to connect my devices on my receipt and made sure I could follow them while watching me connect the services myself. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and thorough. They answered all of my questions and I really appreciated their assistance.

No complaints on the work. But it was differed from the deal advised on Angieslist. $79 only covered mounting TV but no cable hiding unless you pay extra fee.

I purchased the Big Deal to use to wall mount a new tv and soundbar that we bought beforehand. It was nice that they provided me an estimate of what was going to be an additional charge by providing an invoice by email. Soundbar installation and electrical outlet installation were extra. You will need an outlet installed if you don't want the tv power cord to be visible. It was helpful to read other reviews before hand so that I knew others had problems with 6 foot HDMI cords being too short. If we used the 6 foot cords that came with the sound bar, then the TV wouldn't be able to freely pull away from the wall and be rotated to different angles. We needed the longer cord. If you're not sure if a longer cord will be needed, it may be useful to buy and have on hand just in case it's needed. Then you won't have to pay the premium price for the cords the company sells.

They were on time. They cleaned up after themeselves.

Very professional, put covers over shoes and figured out the problem so that we can now hear our music.

The service went great. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. I had them re work some wiring to set up the music throughout the home. They also aligned the DVD with the universal control by pulling out pieces and rewiring them. The speakers were also worked on. The staff was personable and very professional. They were also knowledgeable in their field and happy to take the time to clearly explain everything to me. They even wrote down direction for things I may do infrequently and forget how to operate. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They arrived earlier than planned, went directly to do the work, and left all equipment back to working perfectly, and remotes configured in a simpler more logical way.

They were prompt and courteous, left no mess and did what they were asked to do. I would use them again.

Everything including scheduling turned out fine. There were a couple things we misunderstood regarding the eye that goes on the TV and affects switching channels. They did a good job and cleaned up well after themselves. They answered all of our questions.

, First, they called a good 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were 15 minutes out. Second, they were actually a few minutes early for the appointment. Then they put shoe covers on so as not to dirty my floor (which if you had seen my floor you would have known they really didn't have to bother. They did have some paperwork to sign, which they explained. They were very careful with the furniture, connected the appliances, tested them, showed me how to work them, thanked me for my business and they were on their way. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and most important (to me at least) they treated me with respect.

All went perfect. They did a very neat job. They ended up not concealing the wire but it was OK with me since my wall was left intact this way. I think I paid as if the wire were concealed because the estimate included it. I recommend them strongly.

Everything was great. The two young men arrived on time, were very trustworthy in appearance, and did the best they could with the installation considering that the equipment was quite old. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

The two men who installed our TV mount and TV were very professional and personable. The were very helpful in explaining our TV controls and gave us tips on how to improve them.

The sound bar hook up was not included in the advertised "deal" so it was a bit extra. The guys that came out were very professional and took the time to explain how to operate the equipment once it was installed. I am over 60 and not very tech savvy so I appreciated the extra time to show me how to work everything. I had them out 2 weeks later to mount two other TVs in the basement family room and our bedroom. Once again they did a great job. They had to move a couple pieces of furniture, but when they were done, everything was put back in place right where it belonged.

It went very well. The two gentlemen were pleasant, professional, and sincerely wanted us to be happy with the install. At the end of the visit, they asked if we would write a review on Angie's List. I thought this was great. It shows that this company is concerned about their reputation. I would recommend them without reservation.

The service techs were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient, conducting the assessment in the 2 hour allotted time per the deal's specifications. They clearly explained that we needed to replace our home theater receiver and Aeros remote with updated equipment to get the full benefit of our recently purchased "smart" TV. They suggested that the existing home theater receiver replace our main floor audio receiver to improve sound quality through the main floor ceiling speakers. They recommended that a main floor blue ray DVR player be swapped out for the existing home theater DVR player. The service techs were easy to understand, patiently answering our questions. We agreed with their assessment and paid a 50% deposit so new components could be ordered. Within 3 weeks the equipment had arrived and the installation was completed. The same service techs who handled the assessment, installed the equipment. They were again prompt and efficient, taking care to explain the workings of our new remote to both me and my husband. We are very pleased with our new equipment and the quality of this service provider.

They were very focus on problem solving and made sure that we were happy with the results. They’re easy to work with.

It went very well. i have used them twice and both times they did great work (I did think that the TV mount was a little high priced). But overall they do great work.

This went OK not great but OK... bought deal 79 to install and conceal wires. they sent e-mail stating you need a outlet right where tv is going to get deal. I did not have outlet in spot but 4 feet away. bottom line they installed TV with their mount( mount was just like any other tilt mount to my eye) should have bought my own to save money...they also charged me 30 bucks to run 2 cheap pieces of plastic from tv down wall to conceal wires. I could have had them install outlet for about 250 more. Yes like other reviewers I was asked to sign a long form protecting them from being sued etc. I would not use again could have got a better deal with a handyman.

Professional and Friendly, took their time to do the job right even though was using a 1/2 price coupon.

The people who were to install the wall mount informed us informed as that to hide all the cords and wires would cost us another $300 and would have to be done by another provider.

It went fine. My requirements were slightly different from what they posted on Angie's List that they would do. They had to re-evaluate the situation and do something different.

I wasnt able to get the services completed with this deal but the provider was very upfront about the additional cost it would be for him to complete what I had needed done.They were wonderful.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. The big deal was $99 for audio, video installation plus in home consultation. There weren't any additional charges. They were very nice, and I am not sure how knowledgeable they were, but they did what I wanted them to do.
