carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI feel certain that if I had requested the carpets be cleaned again, they would have done so willingly. However I told him that either the operator did not use enough cleaning fluid or the fluid was too weak.
Description of Work: Cleaned large great room and stairs on the first visit. Bedroom and hall on second visit a week later. There were 2 men. 1 operated the rotary brush that included operator dispensing the cleaning fluid. The other used the evacuator that was supposed to remove excess fluid.

+ -1 moreThis two man company always arrives on time and finishes this once monthly cleaning in about 4 hours. My home has been meticulously cleaned - they have taken great pride in attending to any specific cleaning requirements that I have asked (special cleansers, or extra attention to certain areas). They are extremely honest and trustworthy - they work while I am at work. They have come on occasion for extra housecleaning for holiday or special events.
Description of Work: They clean my home once a month.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThis two man crew is always on time and they do a great job of cleaning the carpets. They leave the house as if untouched. They have an amazing ability to extract even the toughest of problems from the carpets. They use an extraction method of cleaning and not steam - my carpets are cleaner with this method than with steam or harsh chemicals. They also clean furniture.
Description of Work: They have cleaned my carpets on a regular basis for the past 5 years.
