Got referral from angies list.

Description of Work: They were very nice. I initiated conversation with them and they kept contacting me. Within two days, they talked to me three times. They tried to accommodate me, but my time at home is limited right now, so I couldn't accommodate them.

Description of Work: They performed mold remediation in our attic, and also improved the soffit ventilation with larger vents. Additionally, added a power exhaust to avert future issues, approx $2400 total. Good work, professional and responded prompty to our calls. I'd recommend Eric and his team!

+ 0 moreOverall experience from initial contact to leaving our driveway after the job was excellent. Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Punctual. Very high quality people. Would use them to work on my 85yo Mom's house if the need were to arise.
Description of Work: We discovered we had a mold problem in our attic via a home inspection. Eric responded to our initial contact very quickly and came out to give us a quote the next day. We also contacted several other companies which had all A's on AL. Eric, by far, was the most experienced and was the most knowledgeable of the people with whom we had discussed our mold problem. It was an easy choice to go with Eric. He came back to the house to do the job about 10 days later. He fogged our attic twice. The first fogging permeated all of the surfaces in the attic to kill the mold and fungi. His second fogging again permeated all of the attic's surfaces, this time to encapsulate all of the dead mold/fungi in a clear, permanent sealant. While he was in the attic he cleared off all of the gable, roof, and soffit vents; ensured the bathroom fans were vented correctly; adjusted the temperature and humidity settings on our roof power-vent fan to keep the attic in optimal conditions to prevent a recurrence of more mold; and "fluffed up" and leveled out our blown-in insulation which had settled quite a bit in the 34+ years since it was blown into the attic.
